Mario's Madness has been highly anticipated with several teaser trailers, not to mention it being a horror anthology mod about Mario, which have generally attracted the most attention within the FNF Community as the years have gone on, such as with Sonic.exe V2, Mistful Crimson Morning, Lullaby V2, Mistful Crimson Morning, etc. Meanwhile, Ourple Guy has just been seen as a joke mod, not to mention that Ourple Guy V3 didn't have as much advertisements for its update, one of them being that it would just be a small, general improvement (which, uhhh, kinda blew past that). i could also just be a little salty that mario's madness basically took the attention that ourple guy deserved but eh
also i would like to thank you for also just comprehending how fucking AWESOME followed and Ourple Guy's shadow freddy is. seeing followed go under the radar kinda saddened me
The amount of love and care that was put into this project is incredible for a mod. Missed most of the stream due to work but I caught some of it and it was fun. Can’t wait to watch the vod.
Ok here’s some lore The Bf and GF of this mod are known as Brooke and Grace respectively. The main thing you need to know is that Brooke during followed has had false memories planted into his mind by Sinnoh (Shadow Freddy) and he can’t escape them. There’s a loading screen that has both Brooke and grace along with the Bf and GF you know that I’m surprised didn’t show up.
I love this mod, the amount of personality you're able to convey with just 1 color for a lot of the sprites is insane. props to the artists, musicians, coders, everyone involved!

*VS Ourple Guy’s lore is… interesting. Instead of playing as BF and GF, you’re playing as Brooke and Grace. Ourple Guy’s universe is an abridged take on the FNAF Lore. Every song that is in the simplistic art style is inside an arcade machine from an abandoned arcade that Grace went to as a child. The song Followed has you face Sinnoh. The Ourple Guy universe’s version of Shadow Freddy. Who after the song put fake memories into Brooke. Traumatizing him and slightly modifying his arcade appearance to look like his “real world” self (seen in Blubber, Abandoned and the end of After Midnight). After Midnight is like an epilogue, while everyone is vibing, Brooke is having a mental breakdown and eventually has to go home to collect his thoughts. The NFT-NGT week is going to be removed due the mod team and the creator of the characters featured in it not being on good terms. In that week’s events, NGeraldT (the opponent), ANOTHER pair of alternate versions of BF and GF, (Named Jackass and Britney respectively) are about to be evicted and NGeraldT’s plan is NFTs. Then they get evicted. The cutscene where he meets up with Ourple Guy, his misinterpreted the phrase “Cell Some Kids” and took it literally. Getting into the black market and making money via child trafficking. At the end of the song “CashMoney”, the reason he dies and glitches out is because he was “consumed by greed”.*
Coming in late to recommend FNF Weekly! An 10-week long summer endeavor that starts off jokeish and then becomes peak like most mods. VERY LONG, (2-3 hours) would take up an entire stream for sure. Barely any mechanics, ton of song variety, will struggle on some songs but I believe you can do all of them! A love letter to the FNF modding community for the past 4 years, and a love letter to the project itself for how much fun people had creating on it!
This was such a peak stream. Every single song was great, from the random shitposts to the genuine art. This entire mod was made with such passion and love. The best parts of the FNaF and FNF communities coming together to make something fantastic.
You should DEFINITELY check out The Trollge Files. Between every song, there is an animated cutscene and the music is really cool! The style is really unique and it is the definition of a peak mod. It takes around 2-3 hours to beat completely and has a final challenge. It is made by the same creator of Alice: Mad and Hopeless! That one is gonna be released too, the creator just showcased the remake of the first song of that mod. It is a huge playable cutscene!

A little bit of context for one of the reasons why Followed v2 is so damn good. Its presentation. Some backstory: In vs Ourple Guy v2, there was a song I think it was right after Lurking, named Followed. It was an alright song, but entirely forgettable. In general it was just overshadowed by other songs in the mod. Especially Miller, which was the surprise song at the end of v2. Once you beat all of the freeplay songs, Miller would appear at the end. So when v3 released and the disclaimer at the beginning of Freeplay popped up saying there was a surprise after beating all the songs, and you would know what it was if you played v2, everyone just assumed it would be Miller. People who had played v2 beforehand didn't even notice a missing song. If they did, it was Criminal which was entirely removed for good reason. Those who were just starting with v3 would have no idea there were any songs missing from the previous v2. They'd get to the end of Freeplay and there was Miller just as they expected. They'd exit Freeplay and think that was all. They'd be wrong (until the v3.1 Hotfix which placed Poop On My Head between Miller and Followed v2). When they exited Miller, the arcade would be dark. The arcade cabinets all broken and grayed out... except for one. A pitch black cabinet, writhing in the darkness. And there's the missing song. Followed, reborn as an incredible final boss for v3.
gonna throw my two cents into this and recommend FNF WEEKLY which literally updated with new songs every week, but the mods done now so it has lots of songs now, so yea epic

Hi again Phil, just in case you're still reading through these comments, I'd thought I'd leave a suggestion for another mod you could look into (technically two of them): One Shot Mania, and its more recent addition, Liminal Starwave. Super small mod(s), literally only three songs, actually, but as the mod claims itself, Quality Over Quantity! It's probably the most polished fnf mod I've seen to date, and I'm sure you'll get a kick out of the music, too! See you in future streams!
Honestly, everything is pretty much accurate about FNF (at least form what chat and the comments have said). Everything about a year ago is pretty much the "remake renaissance" era, where everything "lazy", "jokey", and "cringey" is being made into peak. Ourple Guy got its V3. Hypno's Lullaby is getting a V3. Mario's Madness V2 released and is getting a "Deluxe" update. Sonic.exe V2 exists along with V3/V4 (and is getting a full "cancelled restoration") AND Sonic Legacy is coming out as its spiritual successor (without any of the drama). Several other mods have created niche communities focusing on the quality and stories of their respective mods and nature is healing (at least within part of the community). Hit Single pretty much saved the community by focusing on horror, quality, and peak through ChurgneyGurgney's epic, impactful music, and ideas. And it was right on time to, since FNF got its official updates.
Ngl,watched this whole thing live instead of sleeping,logged into my account just to say...10/10 would recommend; also,I love Mario's Madness as much as the next guy,but overall in terms of songs,I like this one more,like,I don't feel there's a single bad song in this mod at all (Not that MM has any outright bad songs,moreso good songs with some issues,still a great mod tho...back to ourple,if this was back in v2,then I could say "oh,this one's not that good" but v3 legit made every song SO much better....hopefully Restless gets a touch up in v4,I like the song but unlike the other few that didn't get upgraded in v3,it falls short) Also, your recommended list probably is full AF,but I recommend funkadelix,it's basically fnf but if the characters actually sang instead of being mostly limited to baby's first lesson...aka,vowels; it's neat (tho it's only a few songs since it's a demo);or if you want something longer (or had that already recommended),wednesday infidelity (crazy name out of context,but,Mickey creepypasta mod,inspired on sui---side mouse,Minnie cheated on him and shenanigans ensue) and hotline 042,Music's good and the artstyle is amazing on both...now if you excuse me,I think my bed is asking me "Who are you running from?" so,might as well go to sleep before I find out who I'm REALLY running away from!
another mod to add to your list would be funkscop, (not sure if youve already played it) its based on the petscop arg and despite it being somewhat old its super technically impressive with some absolutely banger songs and lots of secrets! if your interested they are working on a v2 which should be out soon so maybe hold off on it actually.. the trailer was shown in the same funkkast as step right up so theres a good chance you already know abt it but good to vouch ig
Hey Phisnom, I think you should definitely check out the FNF WEEKLY mod! Its another mod that began as a joke but quickly evolved into a passionate project dedicated to pushing out high quality content all made within just a week! The 10th and final week came out recently, thus completing the mod, and I genuinely believe the whole package might be one of the best FNF mods to come out this year! Its a long one, but I highly recommend it
Unsure if you'll see this, but might be useful, you can adjust volume within the game/mods itself by pressing - and +, that way you don't need to go to your mixer to adjust it (or whatever you do)

Hey Phil, This was honestly one of your best streams yet I do have to recommend a mod called Flavor Rave It's a very very VERY STYLIZED game with tons of original characters, a good and interesting plot and banger music, it might as well be considered its own game. And the same creators of that mod made another mod called Doki Doki takeover Plus which is also extremely high quality.
I don't know if you've ever seen the series for them but there's 2 cool madoka magica mods, I think you should definitely check them out! They're called "vs Mami" and "vs holy quintet"

Ah, I've missed the live. Anywho, wish I could help with the vinyl, but unfortunately can't. Silly thumbnail for silly slime. Although, for one of the mods I've heard you'll possibly play.. Gorefield. This mod has note gimmicks and you're unable to change the difficulty. That's the only downside about that mod, but I would love seeing you play the mod as well! (The mod gives instructions before the song songs) With all that, I am glad you're improving with your FNF skills! I'm certain at this rate, you'd get good enough to take down Indie Cross!

Hey I loved the stream! and while I doubt you'd get to this mod anytime soon after already doing Ourple guy I think you should try out Vs. five nights at Freddy's 3, the 2nd one is also good but I ain't gonna push any kind of luck on suggesting both lmao. You should be familiar with the guy who made this mod btw they improved greatly since the really bad and outdated one you played based around fnaf 1 in that fnf cringe stream lmao. I think the mod kinda fell under the radar and pouria did amazing work on it. Not to mention it has some really good music the vs fnaf 2 and 3 mods went all out on that front! Of course this is just an out there suggestion feel free to do whatever! I look forward to what mods ya tackle next!

Honestly, everything is pretty much accurate about FNF (at least form what chat and the comments have said).
Everything about a year ago is pretty much the "remake renaissance" era, where everything "lazy", "jokey", and "cringey" is being made into peak.
Ourple Guy got its V3.
Hypno's Lullaby is getting a V3.
Mario's Madness V2 released and is getting a "Deluxe" update.
Sonic.exe V2 exists along with V3/V4 (and is getting a full "cancelled restoration") AND Sonic Legacy is coming out as its spiritual successor (without any of the drama).
Several other mods have created niche communities focusing on the quality and stories of their respective mods and nature is healing (at least within part of the community).
Hit Single pretty much saved the community by focusing on horror, quality, and peak through ChurgneyGurgney's epic, impactful music, and ideas.
And it was right on time to, since FNF got its official updates.
Ngl,watched this whole thing live instead of sleeping,logged into my account just to say...10/10 would recommend; also,I love Mario's Madness as much as the next guy,but overall in terms of songs,I like this one more,like,I don't feel there's a single bad song in this mod at all (Not that MM has any outright bad songs,moreso good songs with some issues,still a great mod tho...back to ourple,if this was back in v2,then I could say "oh,this one's not that good" but v3 legit made every song SO much better....hopefully Restless gets a touch up in v4,I like the song but unlike the other few that didn't get upgraded in v3,it falls short)
Also, your recommended list probably is full AF,but I recommend funkadelix,it's basically fnf but if the characters actually sang instead of being mostly limited to baby's first lesson...aka,vowels; it's neat (tho it's only a few songs since it's a demo);or if you want something longer (or had that already recommended),wednesday infidelity (crazy name out of context,but,Mickey creepypasta mod,inspired on sui---side mouse,Minnie cheated on him and shenanigans ensue) and hotline 042,Music's good and the artstyle is amazing on both...now if you excuse me,I think my bed is asking me "Who are you running from?" so,might as well go to sleep before I find out who I'm REALLY running away from!

another mod to add to your list would be funkscop, (not sure if youve already played it) its based on the petscop arg and despite it being somewhat old its super technically impressive with some absolutely banger songs and lots of secrets! if your interested they are working on a v2 which should be out soon so maybe hold off on it actually.. the trailer was shown in the same funkkast as step right up so theres a good chance you already know abt it but good to vouch ig
Hey Phisnom, I think you should definitely check out the FNF WEEKLY mod! Its another mod that began as a joke but quickly evolved into a passionate project dedicated to pushing out high quality content all made within just a week! The 10th and final week came out recently, thus completing the mod, and I genuinely believe the whole package might be one of the best FNF mods to come out this year! Its a long one, but I highly recommend it

Unsure if you'll see this, but might be useful, you can adjust volume within the game/mods itself by pressing - and +, that way you don't need to go to your mixer to adjust it (or whatever you do)

Hey Phil, This was honestly one of your best streams yet I do have to recommend a mod called Flavor Rave It's a very very VERY STYLIZED game with tons of original characters, a good and interesting plot and banger music, it might as well be considered its own game. And the same creators of that mod made another mod called Doki Doki takeover Plus which is also extremely high quality.

Although, for one of the mods I've heard you'll possibly play.. Gorefield. This mod has note gimmicks and you're unable to change the difficulty. That's the only downside about that mod, but I would love seeing you play the mod as well! (The mod gives instructions before the song songs)

Hey I loved the stream! and while I doubt you'd get to this mod anytime soon after already doing Ourple guy I think you should try out Vs. five nights at Freddy's 3, the 2nd one is also good but I ain't gonna push any kind of luck on suggesting both lmao. You should be familiar with the guy who made this mod btw they improved greatly since the really bad and outdated one you played based around fnaf 1 in that fnf cringe stream lmao. I think the mod kinda fell under the radar and pouria did amazing work on it. Not to mention it has some really good music the vs fnaf 2 and 3 mods went all out on that front!
Of course this is just an out there suggestion feel free to do whatever! I look forward to what mods ya tackle next!
