  • This glute pulls video was created in partnership with Learn to Skate USA by Rink Tank Interactive and features one element in the Learn to Skate USA National Dynamic Warm-up (linked below). Warming up before skating improves performance and decreases the risk of injury. A dynamic warm-up takes the body through a series of movement skills that will warm-up the joints and muscles necessary to complete on-ice skills.
