The correct way to make tamagakegohan is to break an egg into a bowl, dissolve it with chopsticks, and add soy sauce to it. Pour it over warm rice and eat.

Go to TOKASHIKI island (OKINAWA) it's like Hawaii, but safer and cheaper. Full power.

You said one of the egg tasted like lemon. In fact, you most likely tried the one which is the Yuzu egg. Yuzu is a citrus.

What a waste of egg white! White & yolk onto the warm rice and mix it up. Yum yum 😋

Interesting to see thx Claire and Peter) . I would never eat that though. My uncle had his small intestine destroyed from campylobacter from undercooked chicken. Lost weight from 80 kg to 45. Had surgery to remove 2m of small intestine and almost died

Raw eggs and fried eggs with raw yolk centers (over easy) were popular in the US until about the 1980s when dirty poultry farms created horrific pathogens that colonized the eggs.
In other countries, the eggs are much cleaner. In Japan, as you see, people still eat them. I had a runny egg in Cornwall, UK, recently. And we eat eggs from our own chickens raw in eggnog, the old fashioned recipe that everyone used to use.

@@claireandpeterI love Japan, the food alone keeps me going back. Love your videos, they’re fun and also real, unlike the over produced vlogs we see nowadays.
