    Like you Kimberly I have coffee in the morning and drink water all day. I had to increase my water intake as I had 2 kidney stones pass last year and the pain was worse than childbirth!!! Dr Berg on TH-cam said adding juice from a lemon in your water daily will prevent stones. So I wanted to pass that along to you and your followers. Your fridge is so neat and clean! I need GPS to find anything in mine!

      @@gingersmith2888 well I definitely care about not supporting someone who spends millions behind the kind of abuses of children and families Scientology fosters but I’ve definitely seen references he’s made that I’ve taken as a starting point to finding other information.

    I make a homemade baked granola. Very similar to your baked oatmeal where I use Chia seeds but you should also throw in some pumpkin seeds and maybe a little flaxseed, almonds and Lakanto maple sugar ( sweetened with Monkfruit). My husband loves it… That is all he has been eating in the morning for the last 6 months.

    Kimberly, you are doing fantastic! I love your choices, taste, and would have a very similar fridg and pantry if it were "just me". Alas, I am feeding a male too. He is very disciplined about eating a salad a day (Fuhrman, Nutritarian), but also wants more fats, cheeses, meats, and dairy than myself. Also, you had me with your peanut butter, which is also great with sliced banana on top. Once you start eating whole foods, everything else tastes "dead". Live organic whole foods are the best thing you can do for yourself. 😘

    Very interesting video..lots of good and helpful info. Have you ever thought about the effects of cosmetics (including nail polish) on our systems, especially endocrine? I have been alerted to this and am looking into it myself.

    I really love that you finally got into yoga! Completes the package. You are going to just love your flexibility and how you can move around with ease. I have knee issues and a replaced hip, and I can do beautiful hot yoga, and I walk 3 miles a day. I just turned 60 and I follow you loyally ! During lent I’ve rid my body of all sugars, artificial sweetners, & coffee. I can have tea & I need to re-order some more Chaga tea. Love you Kimberly! By the way, city beauty is only having the special for their anniversary sale with clear lipgloss not the colored ones that you were demonstrating on your last video. FYI
    GUESS WHAT!! I called them complaining that all we got to order was clear & u demo’d all colors & today they offered a “new deal” with all colors!!!!

    Kimberly I am so impressed with how you eat, I was just diagnosed as pre-diabetic and weight 300 I was always slim when I was younger had 2 children and the weight keeps coming on. I would love more videos like this also, love your makeup ones. I am trying to change my diet but grew up on meat and potatoes. I don''t drink but I am a candy aholic.

    For minerals I use Italian Volcano organic lemon juice, grown on volcano in Italy. I avoid all sugars including honey, dairy and all gluten including oats. Sugars, fruits and gluten raises your insulin levels that contribute to belly fat and most importantly inflammation. Avocados and big salads are a staple in my diet too.

    I'm like you, no sugar or flour in my home, I have a bread recipe using only nuts, seeds, eggs & oil. Not your lightweight white bread more like the German flat bread, it's sooooo tasty

    Have you tried making peanut butter? I roast the peanuts with the red skin on, throw them in my Vitamix & in 30 seconds have the most delicious peanut (or whatever nut you enjoy) butter. I sometimes add pure Virgin olive oil to make it more spreadable

    Just adore you & info you share! Have switched to organic diet after watching your interview w/Penny & so surprised that your fridge looks like mine with all the same things - even before going organic! Will be adding microgreen garden (maybe a video already about this?), plasma/alkaline water & can't wait to make the cucumber soup! Only olive oil from California is make w/o sacrificing the benefits-I use California Organic Extra Virgin (USDA certified). Wondering if you've incorporated the detox plan from Penny's book?     Just loved this video. I started following you a few months ago and look forward to watching your video. You're so soft spoken, beautiful, and have such a kind spirit about you ☺️.
    We have very similar tastes and approach to health. An occasional stevia sweetened chocolate. Not a coffee drinker but do luv me some sparkling water 😉.
    I'm 59 and a "full on gardening geek" in of all places, the desert / Las Vegas Nevada. I grow for optimum brix/nutrition with 0 harmful chemicals and have been considering setting up a structured watering system for awhile (I luv that you mentioned that). Keep up with the great inspiration and info. I only hope I can age as gracefully as you.

    I’ve been wondering if it is bread or pasta that is making me puffy. My hands swell a little but my stomach can look like i am 6 months pregnant again, no exaggeration. I will try cutting flour, perhaps that is the culprit. Agree with you on organic. We never ever should have started as a society to alter our food in any way. What part of that sounded like a good idea? And now here we are with more cancer types than we can count! You are looking amazing and your videos are so valuable and inspiring.

    Amaryth grain makes a good hot cereal along with quinoa. We also sometimes make Bob's Red Meal mighty tasty hot cereal which is gluten free and consists of brown rice, and different grains including buckwheat and we also eat their steel cut oats. I usually eat it with my steamed veggies and olive oil for lunch. And then a medium sized salad with arugula, spinach, baby kale, or power greens with micro greens and alfalfa or broccoli 🥦 sprouts on top. I got used to eating that way, especially after eating the sprouts for the first time ten or twelve years ago, and I could tell I craved it, the nutrition I was getting I guess. It just tastes so much better than prepackaged, prefabricated pseudo foods to me. And I think my body reacts alot better to healthier eating....

    You’re very lucky, in MI the fresh fruit is really very hard to buy anything good right now! We usually can get wonderful apples all winter, now they are looking like they’re 3 years old!

    My dilemma is always what to serve guests. I end up buying conventional food (and desserts), and very often I over eat. Do you cook for friends, and what do you cook?

    We also like to eat alot of eggs, even for lunch or dinner with the stir fry sauteed veggies. We also cook using coconut oil or butter. Sometimes avocado 🥑 oil or walnut oil, but those two have been harder to find. So many good and healthy things to eat, just sometimes challenging to find, clean and prepare. But definitely worth it.🌞😁😊

    Good Morning Kimberly, I used to have 1tsp. Of silver every morning. I don’t know why I stopped. Would you mind doing a video on the Plasma Water; the plasma necklace your wearing? I know someone sent that to you, but do not know exactly how that works?
    Where I live in Oklahoma, our Farmers Market if scarce. I grew up in the country when we moved from Cali here and miss it soooo much. I do eat a fruit daily and use to follow a Vegan diet, due to a health issue, being seen by oncologist I had to learn how to incorporate red meat into my diet daily. LOL Ha I only tried to eat red meat once or twice a month. I’m going to order that Chaka Chunks.

    I just turned 62 and am trying to figure my body out! It is not in good shape so I bought a rebounder, please tell me a little about it. I haven't seen you show it on a video unless I missed it.     Water and coffee only. Yup. That’s me. It was interesting to hear what and how you eat every day. I’ve been vegan (for ethical reasons … animal agriculture is abhorrent to me) for almost five years (in May) after being a vegetarian for decades before that. I just turned 74, my cardiologist is amazed at how great I’m doing and having given up dairy, I’d lost 19 pounds. I would eat any other way. Thanks again for another great video, Kim 😊

    Thank you, Kimberly, for this very informative health food video. I really appreciate you sharing your recipe. It looks delicious! Because my A1C numbers were above optimal range, II changed my diet starting September 2021 and I’ve lost 30 pounds as of a couple of days ago and only by the grace of God, literally! In three months, I dropped my A1C numbers by two points. I still need two more points to go. I don’t eat sugar or starches. I eat a lot of fruits (which I love but, I need to wean myself from eating too many - hahaha!) and vegetables (which I don’t like as much). I eat an egg every morning with green chile or spinach and a corn tortilla around 10:30 a.m.. At 12:30 p.m. i’ll eat a piece of fruit. Then at 2:30 p.m., I’ll have a smoothie with raw greens powder, protein mix, and a half of a banana. I used to add Chia seeds but, they were drying me out too much. Then at around 5:30 p.m., I’ll have my dinner which consists of beef, fish, legumes, and/or vegetables. Then another piece of fruit. When I make any kind of a pasta dish, I use the brand Banza which are chickpeas. The weakness I allow myself is popcorn, so I’ll eat a bag of Skinny Pop popcorn. I do dream of chocolate, cakes and pies, ice cream, etc.! Hahaha! I do love salads, mainly in the summer.
    Every morning, I drink a mixture of 1 . teaspoon organic honey, 1 teaspoon grated ginger root, and lemon in a cup of hot water. I don’t drink any sodas, sweet drinks, or alcohol either. I do love Perrier water with lime.

    In one of your older videos you said to sleep you took Restore (Ion) and Valerian Root but this video has that you take Clifs Pure Sleep. Can you tell me which one really helps? I do have trouble sleeping and wanted to give something a try,
