The breathing is part of the original song, which if you listen to it comes at a really cool/sexy moment. This remix has placed the breathing at the start of the track though, which is the only thing that feels outta place/weird for me too. But anyways from the lyrics and atmosphere of the original, I think the subject matter of the song is about a submissive person begging to be disciplined ... so that's why the breathing is there in the first place, 'cause its sexually suggestive.
