    Excellent video. I love your creativity. Another thing the intarsia Carriage will allow you to do, is to knit two sides of a neck at once. Or knitting the back and front or both sleeves at the same time (garment size depending). It is really a useful carriage.

    • @AnnaHaferman
      @AnnaHaferman  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It would be a lot more work to do houndstooth with intarsia carriage. You would need a separate ball of yarn for each color change.

      @@AnnaHaferman thank you for answering! I’m trying to do a baby blanket and I was hoping to do a houndstooth pattern but I realized that it wouldn’t be good to have all the floats on a blanket for a baby. I was hoping the intarsia method would keep me from having them. Maybe I could just use the houndstooth for a pillow and then it wouldn’t matter. Again, thank you so much for answering my question.

      You could make the back in soft cotton cos babies love to nibble and suck on blankets so while my mom gave me lots of lovely crotchet and knit things they were pretty but we never actually put them near the baby. Cotton jersey was the closet to a knit we put on her bed. And we used the knits for the pram cover so he couldnt suck on the yarn 😂 maybe thays just my baby. Hes 17 and still nibbles his sleeves at school! 😂@angieallen7363

      Not true.
      This machine produces perfectly good knitting. I have been using mine for several years.
      If you have problems with your knitting, then I would advise you to check that the yarn you are using is suitable for the sort of knitting you want to do, and that you follow the yarn manufacturer's instructions for washing the finished item.
