Thank you for posting this! I've had this damn thing 1/2 disassembled for about 6 months at this point because I couldn't figure out how to get the wheels out after it ran over a plate of cat food!
Thank you so much! My pet fall down on the stairs and broke a few elements. With this great video I was able to fix most of them without breaking anything else.
This is amazing. Thank you SO MUCH for posting. This saved my vacuum. And kudos to Roborock for producing a video like this in the first place. Never seen a manufacturer do that. But also, why bury the fan so deep??? 😂
Do you happen to have an index of where the screws go? At 6:57 all of the various screws are shown, but none of them are labeled as to which step they belong to in the reassembly process.
Hi! Can I get your advice? My S7 MaxV stopped taking water from the dock, or washing the mop. When it goes into reverse parking, it does not start waterflow, it leaves the dock and retries 3 times, until it gives up and says that there's a communication error with the dock. Which part should I replace? Is there a specific sensor for this kind of communication? Thank you!
@@emilygiezen8440 did you have any luck finding replacement part? I need actually the sensor for finding dock when mop washing and water refill. But any info on online parts ordering would be a life saving...
I had Error 01, because the robot hitted the dog feeder and got wet. I disassemble the LDS lidar, and the cirtuit was sulfated, just cleaned with alcohol and now everything works nice.
Anyone been able to solve the issue of the bot not being able to locate the dock despite driving up the ramp and spinning around a few times? Surely its the IR sensors but used this video to tear down and I didnt see any significant eater damage. Got me thinking and I tried using my camera to check for IR on the dock and robot and I dont see anything on either end.
Really amazing video! Can you tell me if robot has ir sensors for mop washing as well? My mavx is finding the dock with no problem for docking/recharging, but is unable to find it for mop washing. I noticed that you removed wash detection switch at the end of vid. What 's it's purpose, maybe that is a part I need to replace?
Is your robot reverse parking and them immediately leaving, retrying 3 times, and then complaining about a communication error? Because this is what happens to me when trying to fill for mopping, or to wash the mop. Did you order an IR sensor? From where? Did it work? Thanks :-)
@@SteffenKillinger so we experience different issues. damn... I thought we could narrow it down. Mine does a circle to detect the angle and then goes in the dock, in reverse, then goes out again without doing anything.
Do you plan to upload something similar about the dock station? I will appreciate it. I need to replace the power supply to convert it from 115v to 230v.
The main vacuume motor in the dock station is voltage specific. The heater too. It would be easier to just get a voltage converter rated to 1,000 watts.
I do not, though you might be able to reach out to Roborock support directly to get info from them. I've found their support to be EXCELLENT since buying my S7.
Merci, c'est la première vidéo dans laquelle je trouve le démontage des capteurs de charge sous l'appareil. Y aurait-il moyen de les remplacer sans tout démonter?

Thank you for posting this, it was very helpfull
Mate your a legend for this vid. Really helped me to get the wheel out. You have the only vid showing the disassembling of an s7 maxv ultra. Thanks!☺️

Thank you for uploading this video. I had to replace the wheels on mine and this was a life saver! Cheers!
Anyone knows what model of screwdriver is being used in the video?

Do you know where i can buy a replacement rear recharge sensor? I have tried everywhere with no luck

Amazing. Im still searching the one for the Base Station as one of my charging pins decided to flop inside the machine 😢

I need the electrical part, which is QF2, near the Condensator (right side) from the Vakuum-Motor? Can you tell me this?
Dude this is amazing
Excellent video. Have you done How to disassemble the mop wash carriage to clean and reinstall?
do you know what tweezers are used? I'm having trouble finding a set thin enough.
Sorry, I do not. I was only given the video.

It's the IR sensor in the back that causes this behavior. The part at 2:08
Thanks.
I thought that part is for returning to charging.

@@dcgsmix no, he is turning in circles in front of the base. The back sensor is to detect the correct angle.
