Back to Back | F-4EJ Phantom II and Kai Variant

The F-4EJ and its later Kai version are pretty capable in this new age of War Thunder. The Kai basically acts as a direct* upgrade to the previous one, and both can be fairly fun to play despite the shortcomings of the platform.
One thing I failed to mention in the video is the kind of RWR that the Kai gets, allowing it to see what sort of radar is pinging. It's quite helpful for detecting and scouting enemies which the base F-4EJ can't do.

F16AJ is a special treat tbh. You get the lighter block 10 airframe AND are able to carry aim7F sparrows. It is very strong in downtiers and holds it's own in an uptier.

Love the video! F-4EJ Kai is probably my favourte jet. But you made an error early in the video. All other F-4E's have slats, Only the EJ and the EJ Kai are Hardwing F-4E models.

If you're sizing up another tech tree to grind, I would highly recommend Italy 1st, then, Sweden. Both have VERY strong planes in each BR bracket.
If you hate yourself and dont want to have fun, play france, britain, and tier 5-7 germany. USA/Russia is a mixed bag, usually they suck because they have so many noobs playing on their teams.

I hate those orders. Never use them and have over 300 of them molding around in my inventory

Gimme them lol, they are very useful for efficient grinding especially if your a good pilot.

@@vincea1830 gaijin will ruin most battles for me anyway xD. Would give them to others or sell them for sl or warbounds points if you could do that, but sadly not possible

The EJ kai is 11.7 only because the average Japan player is above average in terms of skill.
