    I can really appreciate that you didn't edit out the part when you lost your balance for a moment. Being new to yoga, it can become frustrating when you constantly lose balance or fall over, but you have patience with yourself and your body and I can really appreciate learning that by watching this video.

    During this pandemic and "Safer at Home," California's term for self isolating, I have been watching too much tv. My hip flexors are so tight they began to hurt. I now do this video everyday! Thank you.

    So simple yet so effective for someone with a back injury. All the tightness that happens after an injury with months of no exercise really gets in the way and I get impatient with other yoga videos. I guess its part to do with where my mind is but the effectiveness of these kinds of stretches really work. ty and keep the good wok up

    This is the 3rd video of 4 that I do from Jen and this is my favorite by far. I have noticed increased flexibility, less back pain, and a more toned body even if it is only a slight difference I feel so much better when I do these. My regular routine is 4 videos from Jen in total the whole routine is about 45 minutes. I do all 4 videos 3-4 times a week and THESE DO HELP. THANKS JEN!

    I have been doing sports my whole life,started martial arts about ten years ago.I have always dealt with back and hip pain on a bad level and since yoga has become a huge part of my life I am finding freedom and relief.I do this short exercise twice a day and want to say thank you so much for the help!

    I was cursing you out Jen Hilman. I consider myself fairly flexible, but honestly I hadn't stretched that deeply in years.
    I feel better now (that it's over). I'll do it again tomorrow.
    Thanks for making me aware that I can't just assume I'm flexible, and not stretch.
    Mind blown. I'm surprised I was even able to walk, my hips were so tight.

    Great stretches! back surgery years ago make my hips very tight sometimes...these moves help a great deal!

    I never saw myself in an office for a living. I was always active. After 10 years in an office chair I have noticed my body change, especially in my hips and flexibility of my legs. Thank you for this video and I adore your instruction. (how did you know i had knee sensitivity at that very moment!?) I am adding this video to my favorites so I can stretch on my lunch break.

    I am so happy I found your video. My hips and thighs are way too tight. I also just had hip surgery last week and these stretches are not too hard on me...plus I just love yoga:)

    I had bad pain in my legs after playing badminton one afternoon and though it will be okay next day. When I woke up next morning it was still paining so I did these streches and the pain was gone after. Thank you so much. It's a very good video, short and effective. I love it.

    This is amazing. My hips were so tight today that trying to do crunches was painful just from having my knees bent and now that I did this my hips feel completely fine. Thank you so much for this video!!!

    The most important thing for any person doing these stretches is to stop if it becomes painful, start slowly and work toward more flexibility. The poses in this video should be safe for someone of any size, I don't think pushing the organs into the wrong place is a real concern. Some poses require lots of flexibility, but our beginner videos should be safe for anyone.

    I did the jillian micheals work out lastnight a really intense one and my legs, and butt hurt so bad, after doing these stretches, the pain decreased by 50% at least, hopefully the pain stays away.

    Really love your work, I'm a beginner because I've been having back, legs, hips, feet and buttocks pain (nothing severe just uncomfortable). So I'm really hoping that these strech routines will help. Thank you. I do have a question. I feel this uncomfortable pain when I sit, stand up or bend down on my left buttock but nothing on the right one. What type of stretches would u recommend? Again thank you for your postings.

    One of Yoga's best effects is relaxation. This should help a lot to lose weight, since one of the causes of eating in excess is anxiety. Be sure to focus on the breath control side of yoga, not just the positions. Good luck ! =)
