Couple things I think you should have touched on! 1.) Why is the child support formula/guidelines updated every 3-4 yrs. Where in it doesn’t incorporate the current cost of housing, inflation, etc. Can you see where that would cause issues for the best interest of the children and the payee? 2.) Why is it a parent can get there license suspended, passport revoked, and even jail time, when no laws have been broken? Usually if you are sued or owe a debt it will go to collections or something of that nature. Why such the harsh punishment! How is taking away those things/and or freedom from an individual in the best interest of the child? 3.) How is it the child support system can cherry pick from the supreme courts, the department of justice, etc.. when no other judicial or government branch/system can do so? And be able to utilize those laws/rules to there benefit? 4.)Why isn’t there someone of legal background or experienced in law, when a parent has to sign the affidavit of parentage and or birth certificate, or documents signed when child is born? (I do realize these documents are establishing paternity, and this pretty much puts your name on the child support list. But whenever there is such an important document signed, shouldn’t there be some sort of legal witness or attorney? Considering, when you sign the affidavit of parentage your waiving your right to future court hearings or court appointed attorney on the matter.) And why hasn’t there been reform in the child support division? When this whole process was established in 1935! When women couldn’t support themselves when the men went off to war!! .. But.. here we are in 2024! Living under a lot of the same rules and guidelines of when child support program was established.. And where a women is vice president and running for the presidency of the United States!! 🤦🏼♂️ Reform! Reform!Reform! I have sooo many more questions.. but.. idk.. just thought I’d start there. No! This comment is not out of frustration with the “system” or a shot at the system. I just personally think that theres alot of T’s not crossed or I’s dotted when it comes to the child support system. 45 CFR 301.1 definitions IV-D Agency means the single and separate organizational unit in the State that has the responsibility for administering or supervising the administration of the State plan under title IV-D of the Act. CSEA is not a state agency it is a for profit business. Blessing v Freestone. Title IV-D does not constitute a federal right and its intended beneficiary is the state treasury not individual children or woman. Lets be real child support is a scam the states profit from. Also only a contractor can sell IV-D services, so judges and clerk of courts are paid to make so call child support orders

Doesn't that mean child support is being enforced under color of law?
Excellent vidoe. I have a new understanding of child support. Still not a fan of Title IV-D....but I have hope now.
Why should anyone be forced to pay child support when title 42 which houses the child support law have never been enacted into positive law?
