As far as I know as an islander (from Tenerife). There should be a few carpenters who actually work on these sticks continuously, most of them are made on request. Hopefully you can find a shop that keeps some of them in stock and also sends you one by package shipping. It's still a very traditional art and so it's relegated to a few craftsmen. I wish you luck.
4 stories is a lot... imma go with maybe if you're skilled and use the entirety of the stick, as well as maybe use it to get more forward momentum for a roll afterward... it'd have to be executed perfectly. Imma go with probably not.
Lo más repugnante es que se politice lo que podría ser uno de los deportes mejores que haya, dándole ése carácter indigenista estúpido y falso, típico de los españoles de la Transición. Mejor dedíquense a promocionar el salto dándole un carácter moderno, utilizando materiales actuales, desarrollando la técnica y modificando las longitudes de la lanza para adaptarla a correr, senderismo, etc. Se ha de promocionar como deporte que surge de España y se ofrece al mundo, como sucedió con el esquí. Estáis haciendo una estupidez nacionalista que terminará con el salto porque casi ha desaparecido el pastoreo de altura. Además no sois guanches, sino más españoles que un madrileño. Yo vivo en Cataluña, y estoy avanzando en la adaptación del salto, cuando haya conseguido logros para patentarlo, lo haré. Conozco e dos empresarios interesados en el proyecto. Si no os lo robo yo, algún extranjero lo hará, bobos
Hi, thank you for your comment even though - maybe because of my lack of Spanish skills - I don’t fully understand it nor what you are trying to achieve with it. The video you commented on is about Salto del pastor, Juan practices the Sport and showed me and the community how it works. You are absolutely right, I am not a Gunaches, neither Spanish but I fail to see how this is relevant for the video. If you are interested to learn more about the shepherds leap there is an organisation teaching it, you can find the link in the description of the bio. Lastly I just because we are in the internet I still except some manners.
