Long by Chron - Part 2 (Calculate the position line)

This is Part 2 of the video on Long By Chron calculations.

While Part 1 showed how to calculate the ship's longitude using the long by chron method, Part 2 shows the procedure for calculating the position line at the end of the question.
Position line is a line perpendicular to the true bearing.

i have question sir
On September 21, 2018, at about 0900H at the ship in DR position 41o 15’ N,
175o 30’ W, when a chronometer correct on UT showed 08h 25m 15s, the sun’s lower limb's
sextant altitude was 30o 46.7’. Index error 0.4’ off the arc. Height of eye 15.8 meters. Find
the Intercept by PZX triangle and Azimuth
if these another problem but theres no error? how can i find my ut in your problem theres a word PM but how about others like these question sir?
