Some tips - moisturise your hair first with leave-in and/or moisturiser. Then add the grease to seal. A little goes a long way so you don't need to apply a lot per section which also reduces that grease like feeling. I usually only do a tap of a finger's worth, never scoop it cos that's just too much. Honestly, the moisture locking ability is unmatched.

I don’t use it as much as my grandma and mom did on my hot comb press and curl days - brb, just had a flashback of my burnt ears.
But I LOVE grease lol. My GOATS are the blue colored Blue Magic and Indian Hemp Grease. I usually use it after I deep condition, and I only deep condition when my hair is going through it (usually winter) because I am lazy. Grease has saved my ends and edges from my chronic neglect

I'm natural with ur same texture and grease is a must have. I'm 38 and have always been using it. I tried to omit it and instead use oils and creams and they are cool but they JUST DON'T DO IT! I'm glad I liked the results! Supa kewt

Water and grease is all we need guys. That’s what our ancestors and grandparents used. We don’t need a million different oils, and plants. I know people say “it makes my hair to greasy, it weight my hair down” we aren’t white …we need water and grease. That’s the best your hair has looked 👏🏾.

Keep in mind that grease is for wet clean hair, it seals moisture. If you use it on dry hair it will lock out moisture as well and your hair will break.

Now I know why I love you, gurrrll!😉 Your dad's album is dope! Not sure if you're the one singing all the various female vocals on the album, but if so, you need to get your derriere into the studio and cut you a cheque! Now, imma watch your video ❣️❤️❣️

I love the skeptical, "Wait, what?! Don't get excited too quick" look! I tried blue magic again a while ago but I couldn't get past the old-school smell. I gave it to my mom!

Wow! It came out so amazing! Grease sure does wonders! I'm happy you didn't fluff it out! I think as the days go by, it will fluff out on its own and stay pretty on each stage!
Also, your dad! His voice is stunning. I still remember that music runs in your family, but hearing one of them is spectacular! Your voice is amazing as always.

I started using grease last year and it worked really well at first but it slowly started failing me. I think it’s good for winter but whipped shea butter is better for me in the summers

I mix my blue magic with my hair growth oil and olive oil, apply to my scalp and work down the hair. It locks moisture in and thickens my hair. Great for winter months.
