This seat is pretty challenging to push on the lever at the front to recline it and the headrest is extremely hard to raise and lower. I have to push and dig pretty hard. I ended up going with an easier seat.

This car seat is HORRIBLE, certainly not something I would consider user friendly. We bought it when my little one was 1 and it was fine in the beginning, but changing it as your child grows is nearly impossible. Also, it’s incredibly heavy in comparison to others so def a no go if you need to transfer often. I’ve watched these videos a million times and cannot get it to the booster- it doesn’t matter what we do, he’s still sitting either leaned back, or pushed forward. A complicated car seat is the last thing a parent needs. I’ve finally given up and just ordered something else.

once you find the levers, moving the parts isn't that hard but it's not obvious where the levers are and the user manual is horrid

Mine does not have that lock switch for the seatbelt

This seat SUCKSSS to install. But I have an older car and my seat belts don't lock. So it's nice for that reason. But ughhhh it's such a pain.
