Jon, you should be careful when doing freediving/holding your breath under water, because you can blackout before even feeling that you're out of air! Always be sure someone is their to keep an eye on the one who is freediving!
I am a diver, so I know all the possible the dangers :)

Jon you shouldn't both breath hold at the same time, one should check the other one at regular intervals. You should definitely train for a black out scenario, this isn't that uncommon if you really push yourself like you said it did. It can save a life! Keep up the great videos!

Jon, you should take a FREEDIVING License. There is more to it than just holding your breath. There is a lot more of science and biology behind it
The best freediving school in my opinion is Dahab or Koh Tao, thats where the world learn how to freedive. Please try it, you'll thank me later.
I'm SSI Freediver Level 1, i can hold my breath for up to 5 mins and dive up to 20m with breathholding after going to the freediving school for just 2 days. Going further to Level 2, you can dive down to 30m!

The luggage problem is not SAS it's Malaga airport. And instead of calling you should have gone back to the arrival service.

Christopher Sorlie Hey i was on the plane and arrival service was closed. Furthermore the bags was not in Malaga but in Copenhagen and of some odd reason sas did not load em onto the belt.

But SAS is responsible for the luggage and as Jon said, they didn't even give them informations about the luggage.

I'm going through a tough time right now and for some reason when you said this it struck a chord with me. I've always heard statements like this before but when you said it, it just resonated with me.
Whenever you change the pool tile colors you should put in an underwater sound system so you can put timed beeps for your swimming/breathing training. also music under water is just cool

How is it possible that my luggage always arrives and quite fast also, and I'm always flying with low cost airlines. And then these guys fly with SAS which is quite expensive (at least for me) and very often the luggage is missing or at least arrives late...
