I have same car e12 2006 corolla hatchback. I am curious about something. Why didn’t you mountage the control module on the left of the trunk? You prefered right side of the car.

hole is at right side, is there a hole at left side ?

В наше время это уже не актуально,лучше и проще полноценную камеру в номерной рамке поставить и ни чего сверлить не нужно.
Wrong side of the car specially the exhaust heat will melt the wires over time 😉
