Sir in r2 p2 i did "reject and upgrade" but now i want to cancel the seat but there is no " seat cancellation tab" showing . I asked on comedk helpline and they said that you cannot cancel seat as you have not accepted any You should go to r3 and fill the seat that you have no chance to get then only you can get refund and exit.
