Excellent demonstration. Your playing is so consistent that it's easy to actually hear what each individual bass sounds like. Well done! But yeah, an MTD, a Smith and maybe a Music Man .
Great comparison as you were playing same thing on different basses, would of been good to know the settings on each or if they were the same. Hard to tell the best but to my ears the xotic sounded really good as did the Fodera imperial but worth the £££ who knows, not sure on the PRS, thanks
I completely agree, personally those basses are my all time favorite. I think the only other company that compares is F bass, but MTD is still king. My all time favorite is that JR Saratoga, I’m actually saving up right now to get it next year

That F-bass is just sang to my soul!

I would love to see Any MTD in this. 535 five strings, Super 5, the Saratoga Justin Raines, the Andrew Gouche signature

@@joaniepeters2565 great choice.
100%
@@joaniepeters2565you’ll love that bass! Personally never heard a better sounding bass than that one (to my taste at least).
No losers here..💪🏾
I owned the Mayones HF5 for a while. Beautiful bass, but the B string was dead. Sold it and bought a Yamaha BBNE2! The best bass I’ve ever played!
Where are the Ken Smith and MTD basses?
The PRS really surprised me . The F bass too but that is not a surprise !
Thumb, Jabba, F Bass, Xotic.
Finger Jabba, Fodera Classic, P bass!!! and Xotic
Foderas had a nice thick mid range, not harsh and not scooped. Same with the Suhr Classic which sounded nice and fat.
Xotic and Lakland sound great!!
Xotic!!!
I would usually favor the bass I have, but the Alleva and the P bass sounded best to me.
Lakland, f and xotic stood out
IMO the Suhr P bass sounded best.
why did you leave off Fender??
Because we all know what every Fender under the sun sounds like.
Mayones
Imperial5 is the best.
xotic
Fodera
Suhr 1000%
I thought so too
켄스미스미만 싹다 대체가능
F
The F bass by a mile
난 F bass 에 한표^^
Too many foderas
Conclusion: You don't need high-end (pay thousands for) bass guitars. (Except for those with very unique sounds like Rick etc)
