Just returned from kinsale to Waterford city marina over the weekend working our way back to Malahide before end of the season. Stephen & lads in Castlepark marina Kinsale are wonderful. Had been in Bantry bay this year 1st time in Wavedancer. I learned to sail with Glenanns as a teenager in Bere island, John did a tour with naval reserves before we met in college. So great to get back to visit.

Glad to see you posting again. I still have that Beneteau brochure for you guys.
I was able to finally get to my 435 starting in February after neck disc replacement. It was a slow go of it until about 2 months ago. I have my boat out of the water in Charleston, North Carolina. I’m hoping to be back in the water the end of August. I’ve taken some short videos of my work to date. Rotted prop shaft, horrific hull below the waterline. Sandblasting took a week it was so bad.

Sounds like a great long term plan and I wish both of you the very best for the future. Enjoy the season and Strangford, one of my favourite dive locations whilst serving there. The bar at the top of the Lough is called Daft Eddies. Take care.
