  • This time I will introduce historical walking spots around Yamagata Station.
I visited Nanukamachi Gotenseki, Bunshokan, Kajo Park, Yamagata Prefectural Museum, and the former Saiseikan main building.
As a tourist spot, it may seem unassuming at first glance, but once you walk around it, you'll find that it's a nice place with a lot to see.
This time, I would like to introduce you to the history of Yamagata that I learned through walking, and the highlights of each place that I felt while walking, along with the scenery of Kajo Park, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot.
