About Seven Spires
Seven Spires are an American metal quartet from Boston, MA.
Since the band’s inception in 2013 at Berklee College of Music, these four best friends have forged their home in the darker corners of the melodic metal world with strikingly emotional filigree and relentless technical prowess. Known as much for their melancholic concept albums as their penchant for pushing genre limits, they draw influence from across the spectrum of metal and beyond, reaching ravenously into Jazz, Late Romantic era Orchestral Music, Cinematic soundscapes, and more.
Hailed as “One of the few, new, real personalities in metal” by Sascha Paeth (Avantasia, Kamelot, Epica, Masters of Ceremony) and "a uniquely exuberant and inventive new force in the increasingly interchangeable worlds of power, symphonic and traditional metal" by Dom Lawson (blabbermouth.com), Seven Spires have released the third installment of their concept album trilogy, titled "Gods of Debauchery", on September 10th, 2021, via Frontiers Music srl.
Their debut full-length, “Solveig”, saw performances at festivals including MetalDays ’17, ProgPower ’17, 70,000 Tons of Metal ’18, and others. After signing a worldwide deal with Frontiers Music srl, they released their second full-length, “Emerald Seas” on Valentine’s Day 2020, and were scheduled to tour North America with Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum, and later with Amaranthe and Battle Beast. But, after just one show with Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum, the tour was cut short due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Heartbroken but as determined as ever, Seven Spires returned home, spending the next six months drafting what later became their third full-length album, "Gods of Debauchery".

I really don't understand why this band isn't better known. Their latest album was probably my favourite album of 2021. People that are into any kind of symphonic metal should like them, but it just doesn't seem that many people have even heard of them. They're not one of those bands that only do one style of music either. They do everything from power metal to symphonic black metal, and they have one of the best vocalists in metal. Adrienne Cowan can do pretty much any vocal style you can think of (I personally really like her "disney princess" vocals in songs like "Succumb").

Another awesome band from Boston Massachusetts! Saw them live touring with Eluveitie about a month ago. You should hear Adrienne singing with Eluveitie. Chrigel couldn't go on the tour so Adrienne and Jukka of Omnium Gatherum filled in for Chrigel. It was an incredible show. Adrienne is an awesome vocalist. Great reaction! You two are funny and entertaining. 😁

I had the pleasure of seeing them when they were promoting their Cabaret of Dreams song @ RPMfest as well as a few others.
I had a hunch Adrienne & the gang were going to go places & wasn't disappointed.
Now, I just wish they'd make areturn appearance where I got to see them perform for 3 different years!

The beginning is called "Wanderer's Prayer" and it's the track 01 on the album. Then "Gods of Debauchery" is the track 02 and it starts after 1:40
Adrienne Cowan is an amazing vocalist. I'm looking forward to see/hear more from her.
Simone Simons is my number 1 goddess of all time, but Adrienne is definitely among my most fav female singers now.

They have great songs with a large varied styles of music from mixing Gothic with pop with blackened elements she is amazing composer 3 metal operas backing vocals for avantasia, plus this band, and composer of the RWBY anime.

Adrienne Cowan is another metal lady with a touch of destiny about her. I think 10 years from now she'll be as famous as Simone and Floor. She grew up a fan of bands like Nightwish, Dimmu Borgir, Epica and Kamelot, went to Berkeley to learn music and vocals and this is the result.

They're from Boston, and are graduates of the Berkeley College of Music. She, Adrian, also does much of the composing and plays the keyboards, thereby providing the orchestration.
