What is your process for acclimating them? What do you do for fungicide? I just got 2 Monster TC from them and the roots do not look too good. Lots of black and brown. Hoping they look better in a couple days when I open them up.

Sorry I’m just seeing this. I wash them with soap (either Castile or a biodegradable additive free dish soap) and neem oil. I also use a rooting solution to help them get going!

@@rebeccadeforeest No worries. Thanks for the reply. We pulled off the mushy black roots. If they were firm but black, we left them. Sprayed them with straight 3% H2O2 and then soaked in a water/H2O2 mixture for 5 minutes. Planted in stratum and put under the aerogarden grow lights. So far they are growing a little everyday. The small outer leaves are dropping - but I’ve read that’s normal and expect to lose them. The leaves are curling but also read that’s normal. This morning they both look like they may be working on a new shoot off the biggest main stem. I’m still very nervous but optimistic. How long until they’re out of the critical stage and can expect them to survive through the acclimation?

@@efrahm8165 glad to hear it’s going well! I would say for my acclimations it’s usually 2-4 weeks depending on the quality of the original plantlet. 2 weeks you’re not too worried any more. 4 weeks you have a pretty good looking plant with new growth and strong roots. I have a bunch going right now that are about a month old and most are looking good but there’s definitely been a straggler or 2.
