Love her or hate her no one can deny how fun she is to play. Literally one of the best reworks if not the best rework

I think the real reason why a "behind" irelia is still pretty scary is because she literally gets cs for everytime an irelia with good mechanics fights.
If you don't kill her with a massive health lead, you're going to back and essentially still have the same cs.
Once she gets her items, she powerspikes so hard that it's useless to try fight her if you're both equal in items and 1v1 in lane. Her constant dashes can cancel aa and make skills miss, her stun is annoyingly seamless with her kit, and her ult pretty much makes you unable to just go away.
Her passive also makes her almost always win in a 1v1 aa only stand.
And, her first is total cancer sustain when used right.
Rhaast will kill her with full hp)
Yeah. I'm an irelia main, you sometimes get told that you need to win lane in order to be useful, but you can just afk farm like crazy, take jungle camps etc and you pretty much clap everyone at 2 items

Honestly, Irelia may be difficult af as people say, but if a champ dives under the turret with nothing but single pair of shoes and gets me 100%hp to 0 with barely any damage taken themselves, it ain't balanced.
Also had an Irelia in aram do a penta when taking berserkers against a full AP team. Like plz.

The thing i don't like about this champ.
No matter how she fall behind.
She's somehow very strong at mid/late game.
And very good video by the way, its soo satisfying to watch Irelia gameplays.
She's the kind of champion that spikes heavely on each item, and even if you are behind as irelia you probably have high cs so yeah she is strong mid, but she is too behind she won't make it to late game

she's borderline unbeatable when she snow balls and her strongest power spikes are botrk and after that mythic. 3rd item forward she falls off super hard tho the longer you go, so closing out the game early is important. So she's op early and mid when she snowballs and nearly always strong mid game as long as you farmed decently. tf are hard to execute tho and she seriously can't be the main carry after your enemy late game carries reach about 4 items.
@@schlobblewobble4520 she doesn't have the scaling issues she used to have. She's not scaling like a yasuo/fiora does but she's not like aatrox for example

She's hard pre Bork item. After bork item, she lives her life on easy mode.
The day I see an irelia without Bork is the day I will say irelia is a hard and skilled champion.

The fact that she can be so far behind and still be strong once she finishes first item should be the biggest clue how unbalanced this bitch is. The only champion in the game I would legitimately not lose sleep over seeing removed. Good thing I always get a ban to throw her way every game :)
fr. they once had a 0/7 irelia and then she just compleded bork and shieldbow. then in a span of 20 mins she got 16 kills..
Yeah just like every other late game champ or overall champs who spike with one or two items.
Just like Fiora, Jax, Gangplank, Camille, Yone, Yasuo, Ornn, Kayle, Veigar and probably 10 other characters I can't think of rn.
@@FV0055 it's not just that she becomes strong =/ it's that you can be a whole item ahead and still lose. I've seen people 3 items to Irelias 1 item still lose. Hell I've seen 1 item Irelia do everything wrong and still kill 2 item enemies off a 1 item power spike. Most of those Champs either can't do that from behind or don't do it nearly as well. It takes them longer to become relevant when behind and that's the difference.
I also wrote that comment before the durability update and haven't played in a bit so idk the state of her currently 😐

i played her a while ago (i play all champs already) and in my 8-10 game with her did my first quadra kill, in a 2 vs 4, and was like "idk what i did but this thing its broken"
