Thank you so much for this build. I beat Mewtwo in an hour. That was the most intense Pokémon battle I have ever been in. It came down to the wire. I had GREAT SUPPORTERS. I think that’s the trick because you can’t die once, or we didn’t at least. Someone said struggle bug instead of acid spray… You need acid spray in the final 3rd. THANK YOU!
Leech Life Mew is still my preference since you can also support your team with 8 turns worth of Light Screen, not gonna get tired of posting it since it's also a courteous multiplayer pick Adamant Tera Bug Mew @Light Clay 252 EVs in Atk, 104 EVs to both defenses because of Psystrike,48 EVs to outspeed Mewtwo by a single point with that 1.2x multiplier Light Screen,Swords Dance,Leech Life,Amnesia Can swap out Light Screen/Clay with Covert Cloak & Iron Defense if you don't like screen management.
Indeed leech life seems so much better for safer play. Else you would die after 1 attack unless teammates heal well (They don't). Also the set up can be removed possibly
Because we KNOW that Mew is going to be the correct Pokémon for the raid. And knowing that mewtwo is psychic Tera means we can’t cruelly come up with some strats
Never ever spend resources on early builds until the event is out. We could get a curveball and Mewtwo will know fighting moves to blast Dark Mews and fire moves for this bug build. 🙏 It's still absolutely fun to theorycraft builds early with minmaxing stats. Breaking down the math and everything in this vid, top tier stuff, my guy.
@@CLos1337 I knew I had another reason for taking the time to get 50 of these pokes! I can make each of these builds and still have another I can work on once I buy the vitamins and caps for it.
Leech life seems a much for a bug type mew => Healing better so can maybe tank more hits. Also setup stats can be taken away at some point. Also wondering if using a acc debuffing move can be good=> less damage from misses all around. For a supporting mew build or so. Not sure if i'll work out if all go super offensive for when stats are reset

I was wondering the calculation on a dark pulse attack from Dark hoopa 485 specatt holding a life orb at +4 against a -6 Mewtwo.... two turns with hoopa and 3 mews using acid spray then helping hand, attack cheer and heal or defence cheer... cheers Kirbs ✌🏼

Power Gem, Fire Blast, Hurricane... Bug is as good as dark, but a handful of weaknesses to be exploited. I wish there was a hold item that nullified weaknesses to some extent, as broken as that would be.
I've been saying Bug tera since they announced it. I put my evs in sp atk and sp def and am running pollen puff, acid spray, light screen, and nasty plot with a shell bell. So not far off this one, but built to tank hits a bit better.

Agree. It doesn't hurt to theorycraft but id never recommend building a mon until you know movesets.
Bug Buzz is redundant if you have Acid Spray. I will use Struggle Bug instead. Weaker but drops sp atk of Mewtwo

You show Bug Buzz on the summary screen, but used Struggle Bug in the damage calculator.
Yeah, I realized that during editing, that’s why the damage calcs for bug buzz show up on screen
The Mew I got happpened to be bug and I just built it last week with this exact same move set worried about possible flamethrower on Mewtwo tho

Odds of mewtwo having a fire move are pretty low, and even if it does, it does MAX 50% with mews stat boosts
