Awesome analog sound. Try this with a Teac 3440s and QRX9001. Nothing quite like recorded at 15 IPS from an SQ 4 track LP.

Hmm. I have two 9001's. I noticed that the wrong lever is engaged for four channels. You have it going thru AUX. The lever next to it should be in the upward position for four channels. AUX is two channels which synthesizes four channel sound.
Get a DIN cable and hook the tape player that way for best sound.
