its 13.75% reducing - check with bank on prevailing rates with the calculation. It does to be less than 7-8% on fixed rate. Better to get quotation and sample calculation and then decide.

1 - you can open from anywhere outside pakistan - the usage will depend on how you want to invest. 2 - USD / PKR depending on your intentions with the account 3 - depends on the investment 4 - ? 5 - no hidden charges, for PKR transfer, its absolutely free. For USD transfers, the charges are imposed by corresponding banks in the range of 50-100 USD per transaction.

This video open my eyes, I was planning to buy land for my kids future, but when heard after selling property cannot transfer money out of pakistan if I invest from regular bank account. I wonder if millions of dollars are being investigated through international bank transfer then on selling my kids will stuck. Also each year pakistan government works like donkey, how can anyone trust if current banking policy won't be changed in coming years. At the end filer and non filer policy government change whenever they feel they want overseas money. If nawaz family and Mr. 10% have transferred money out of pakistan by illegal way. Money cannot be converted from PKR to USD in RDA. I tried doing this in my HBL RDA A/C's and I was informed that money can be transferred from foreign currencies to PKR but not vice versa.
@@zakiuddin3839 Open and RDA account in USD, go to transfer money, source account should be PKR RDA and send the money, it will automatically convert it to USD. PS. I tried it with Meezan bank only, also there's a limit of 2 Million Rs per day.

As the government facilitated and attracted cash from overseas for this particular scheme - they provide the repatriation without SBP approval for these accounts.
@wali khan but if you invest in something and money goes out of your RDA account then is there a way to repatriate? Because RDA accounts cannot be funded from Pakistan.

Faysal bank is doing only 250k per day MCB is doing 500k p/d I have to pay my plot payment It was big payments but some ways delays and I tried to transfer from PKR to GBP But I couldn’t done in one go. I lost so much because of currency devaluations so much stress I had. I tried to get unlimited transections But banks said no we can’t do this. It’s state bank policy. Government sector or private sector they have same shit mentality. Pakistan never go forward. Because Gov and Supreme Court judges are busy to doing shit staring on each other.
If you have options to invest outside Pakistan - its good for you and you should do it. But if you dont then you yourself will loose only. Not investing anywhere is the biggest loss!

@@WaliKhan_2k I spent around 15 years overseas, and when i moved back to homeland, i openned a bank account and transferred/deposited all my savings/earnings in that account over the period of two years. By 2015, when i moved to Pakistan, i transferred the last chunk of it. Now in 2022, a director in FBR thinks that all this income is of 2015 only (one year) and for that to earned in Pakistan and i have to pay tax on all the amount which i transferred /deposited in two years. 2nd wrong thing i did, i became filer the same year, amd declared everything and from last 7 years filing my returns and paying due income tax.. And now, I have to get a tax lawyer, pay him fees just to prove that this money is earned abroad... Guess what there seems to be other guys there as well with same notice, similar things between us is, all have moved to Pakistan some 7 years or more..

1 - You can have outward remittance as mentioned PK->UAE from RDA account, but cannot have PK (normal bank account) -> PK (RDA account) 2 - Yes, As far as my experience - there is no issue.

If you are invested elsewhere in the world then you might be doing the right thing - if you are not investing anywhere in the world, you must be doing something wrong. For RDA, the returns are fixed any bank you go as it is offered by the government, banks are only facilitators. Banks might be preferred based on services, but not rates.
with the recent political crisis and economy taking a downturn, there is a serious risk of sovereign default and its impact on the state issued certificates. I have already discussed in this multiple videos. The risk of default is minimal as of now with a country of magnitude of Pakistan. Being an overseas Pakistani, I would always recommend to stay diverse. Having said that, with full disclosure, I have majority stakes in Pakistan :-)

I know for the CDC account - but I am not sure if you can bring back from the mutual funds. Need to verify that.

USD is better i believe. I don't think there is difference with AED and USD as in all cases the transfer charges are the same.

5 - no hidden charges, for PKR transfer, its absolutely free. For USD transfers, the charges are imposed by corresponding banks in the range of 50-100 USD per transaction.

if you have a UAE residency then you can easily open UAE bank account.

Salam to all,just to share my concern that,we living in sydney have RD account ,we use to Repatriate funds here,normally this use to complete in say three to four days max,this time request was sent on 09th of june and today is 17th of june and still waiting.

I will never advise anyone to open RDA account. They will charge you sales tax and other charges. I was shocked when i saw my bank statement.

This video open my eyes, I was planning to buy land for my kids future, but when heard after selling property cannot transfer money out of pakistan if I invest from regular bank account. I wonder if millions of dollars are being investigated through international bank transfer then on selling my kids will stuck. Also each year pakistan government works like donkey, how can anyone trust if current banking policy won't be changed in coming years. Money cannot be converted from PKR to USD in RDA. I tried doing this in my HBL RDA A/C's and I was informed that money can be transferred from foreign currencies to PKR but not vice versa.
I did myself a couple of months back from meezan and HBL intra bank. You were transferring from PKR RDA to USD RDA within same bank?

PS. I tried it with Meezan bank only, also there's a limit of 2 Million Rs per day.

Yes, with RDA this is the case. The amount has to be in RDA
As the government facilitated and attracted cash from overseas for this particular scheme - they provide the repatriation without SBP approval for these accounts.

It was big payments but some ways delays and I tried to transfer from PKR to GBP
But I couldn’t done in one go.
I lost so much because of currency devaluations
so much stress I had.
I tried to get unlimited transections
But banks said no we can’t do this.

I spent around 15 years overseas, and when i moved back to homeland, i openned a bank account and transferred/deposited all my savings/earnings in that account over the period of two years.
By 2015, when i moved to Pakistan, i transferred the last chunk of it.
Now in 2022, a director in FBR thinks that all this income is of 2015 only (one year) and for that to earned in Pakistan and i have to pay tax on all the amount which i transferred /deposited in two years.
2nd wrong thing i did, i became filer the same year, amd declared everything and from last 7 years filing my returns and paying due income tax..
And now,
I have to get a tax lawyer, pay him fees just to prove that this money is earned abroad...
Guess what there seems to be other guys there as well with same notice, similar things between us is, all have moved to Pakistan some 7 years or more..

Problem is, some records i couldn't get from banks because they dont have record 7 years or more...
Iam being told by the lawyer today that they (FBR) and FIA are jointly arresting ppl on same notices, imagine if FIA appears at my door, i may die by shame...
It is certainly most difficult time for me, i hope they dont force me to extreme step by dishonoring me over 2 innocent mistakes i made, 1) moving back to Pak by choice where i had chance/offer to move else where, 2) became filer...

1 - You can have outward remittance as mentioned PK->UAE from RDA account, but cannot have PK (normal bank account) -> PK (RDA account)
2 - Yes, As far as my experience - there is no issue.

For RDA, the returns are fixed any bank you go as it is offered by the government, banks are only facilitators. Banks might be preferred based on services, but not rates.

I have already discussed in this multiple videos. The risk of default is minimal as of now with a country of magnitude of Pakistan. Being an overseas Pakistani, I would always recommend to stay diverse. Having said that, with full disclosure, I have majority stakes in Pakistan :-)
