The cutscene in 22:13 actually happens in season 3 Chapter 7 part 3, when the Will of Oblivion shows Fina her lost memories, just without showing what happens next when Vanharma arrives. I thought it was a pretty cool detail.

This must be the Fina who became Dark Fina at some point during the war between the Aldore (the Empire) and Hess, hence her loss of memory about who Taivas and Vanharma are.
