I'm so happy you had another video from the hoarder house! Even with all the nasty stuff I know it was very exciting for everyone. My favorite item was the STERLING traveling tea set. That was fabulous! I believe it's worthy of an Antique Roadshow appraisal. This whole house is a once in a lifetime situation. I really like Gus and Nina. They seem to be such a nice couple. I enjoyed looking at the items of clothing and fabric that Nina showed at their home. So much fun!
@@CariMachet WOW! I used like to watch HGTV when it first aired, but now I can't stand that channel! When HGTV first aired, they had a variety of interior designers such as, traditional, modern, etc. NOW it's all MOD, minimalist, open concept. There is this Maoist mindset everyone has because if you say, I like classic design, antiques etc. they ridicule you and say you have grandma's taste. There is no individualism anymore. Also, HGTV'S interior designers have no talent, and as if they all come from the same assembly line. I wouldn't hire any of them to design my dog house. The show with the twin brothers is horrible. There was an original Arts and Crafts house with original built in book cases and a desk which is very hard to find. These two geniuses ripped everything out and made the older home MOD, UGH!!!
Hoarding is such a unfortunate condition, but you have been very appreciative towards the previous owner of the house. That person has had a amazing taste, imho. Love the series. ❤️
Just when I thought the hoarder house was over I start seeing more videos. And boy am I glad! I think I cried a little bit when I thought it was over. I would love to know at the very end of the series what you spent and how much you made for the entire lot of items from here.
I LOVED this video! We're in the middle of processing through my husband's grandmother's house (she recently passed away). I'm finding all kinds of treasures tucked away.
I can't wait to see this house after it has been fixed up to sell! It reminds me of my grandmother's house after a family member moved out -- not quite as bad but birds, mice, etc, and tons of "stuff" left everywhere. And, it had been such a nice old house prior to that. I never got to see the remodel after my dad sold it though.
Tell Gus we need another video from him. 💥💥. Joyclyn have never seen Christmas items, was there ever any, she collected so many things you would think there would be Christmas. ??
2:29 Boxes, paper items, inside books including pages I use Snuggle dryer sheets. Wipe the surface down and it removes most of it plus helps give it a fresher smell.
My curiosity is probably getting the better of me, but I totally wanted you guys to open the fridge! In my mind it won’t have food in there but be packed with treasures like the dishwasher and oven were. Please let us know if they do discover something amazing there!
Those poison glasses are epic! I’m from Australia and Halloween and all the associated “bits-and-bobs” aren’t nearly as prevalent here. Most people don’t celebrate it. But, those poison glasses…..wow, I’d love them! PS: This is a great series. Love Gus and Nina (hope I’ve got the lady’s name correct.).
They're amazing. I've wanted a set for soooo long and there were multiple sets just chilling at that house. Unbelievable. They cost way too much for me to justify buying them.
Hi. There is a single Dansk, tall brass candle stick on the shelf in the living room. Where is it available to buy? I have 2 exactly like it and would love a 3rd. Thanks
I grew up using the Syracuse China Bamboo dishes. My dad was from upstate NY so his mother gave my parents a set of them. My mom finally gave them away when she couldn't lift them anymore. Man, those dishes weigh a ton 🙂.
Thank you for sharing this adventure. I had so much fun watching this series. BTW, I guess I should inquire on Gus's TH-cam video, but did anyone check the attic? What other goodies were found in the second floor?
The dish with the side handle on 7:00 mn is for a person who is lying in bed (usually somebody sick). The side handle is the right angle for holding it by himself.
You should have worn full hazmat suits. A respirator with no eye protection and bare skin is living dangerously . You could have also set up an intake fan in one window and exhaust fan in another end and let them run for a couple hours to get the noxious gases and smells out. Your health is way more important than any valuables from an abandoned hoarder house.
So amazing! Those ppl. are gonna be rich after they sell all these rare finds. Who woulda know all those valuables where just laying there all these years in the ruble! A young man in our area bought an old junky mobile home. And it just so happened it was full of an artist that had become famous & her paintings where valuable. I can't tell you how many old mobile homes we have had to deal with in some way! All they have in then is junk & mice yuck! That couple is incredibly lucky at there find! If we had bought it, all that we would find is a house full of trash that needed to be burnt & bulldozed down. It's great that you all are saving the stuff though. It coulda been bulldozed down & no one woulda known the difference. Now I wonder how many times that has happened. In our area I'm sure it has, to clear the land for big farming! Old homesteads are few an far between & old barns give way yo rottening & falling down. So sad!
YOU GOT PYREX! Maybe now the people who always ask why you don't pick up pyrex will be satisfied lol.. if you know, you know. I love to think about how all of the items coming out of there will be back in circulation. Too amazing to get lost to time. Also, I NEED those Georges Briard glasses in my life but they're so expensive 😳
Hi, great series guys, I’m enjoying every episode! By the way, the word brooch is pronounced broach, rhymes with roach, another crazy English word!!👏👏👍🇦🇺
Because of the breathing sounds in the audio of the video? Perhaps he wore a respirator to avoid getting violently ill or dying from the toxic animal fecal and urine fumes and mold. Such annoying sound quality 😏
Have I missed the explanation as to how the people who hoarded were able to accumulate so much valuable stuff?!? They had to have been independently wealthy!
They lived back in the time when flipping didn't exist and garage sales were chocked full of high end valuables sold for pennies. This person was clearly well versed in antiques and collectables. Their only competition at that time was probably the occasional antique dealer. My grandmother was the same way. She was dirt poor, yet possessed very valuable collections found from garage/church sales.
YT is doing strange things. The red line across bottom of videos is missing on most of the videos on my feed. Not if you go into the creator's channel. I keep clicking on videos I have already watched because I don't recognize the thumbnail photo but realize when video starts I have seen. Supposedly YT keeps up with things such as likes, comments & when watchers exit b4 end. Hope it isn't counted if second viewing. Maybe they are having problems. Could possibly be people clicking like because they are glad the hoarder series isn't over even if they don't have time to watch immediately. Not sure, don't know enough.

I cant take it!!! a every single thing would be in Jocelyn’s goodwill cart! It’s a treasure chest!!
You should have your own show on TLC or HGTV. You are that good.
I concur!

You are so cute when you find a treasure. You definitely doing what you were meant to do. So much joy
It’s a ‘good’ day when I can watch you treasure hunt!
This has been an opportunity of a life time! So glad you guys have shared this with

The house that keeps on giving! So happy the series is not over!
Congratulations Jocelyn! The bucket was waiting there for you.

Absolutely love the excitement in your voice when you find a treasure! Thank all of you for saving what you can!
I'd check under the floorboards in that house as you never no what's under them as they hoarded everything
I'm still amazed how much treasures are still being found!
Snail shaped planter. Crown Tuscan. Cambridge Glass. My grandparents worked there. We had that piece.
Hoarder House= treasure hunt. Love it!♥️
From Syracuse, NY just down the street from where the factory was. I've been waiting for you to find Syracuse.
Please, please, do a "Hoarder House, Season Two," comprised of sold videos on everything you purchased from there!!

@@jflick1111 Agree completely. I could never afford them. Oh well, it’s nice to watch and dream a little bit. 😉
Omg! Joslin every time you bend down, or lower your head towards your mic with the respirator on, you sound like a creepy breather on the phone. 🤣🤣

I had that pink stove when I was a kid! I was born in 1952.
Lol...you are an energizer bunny 🐰 in reselling business! I live to watch your videos when I can. Have a great holiday weekend!
It's so fun watching you guys finding treasures......like little kids on Christmas morning. And I go yipee every time I see Hoarder House Part.....
So excited to see more!
Now that you’ve found the Georges Briard poison ice bucket, I wonder if the skull swizzle sticks with rhinestone eyes are hidden somewhere in there???
It amazes me that some of this stuff didn’t break!
I grew up using the Syracuse China Bamboo dishes. My dad was from upstate NY so his mother gave my parents a set of them. My mom finally gave them away when she couldn't lift them anymore. Man, those dishes weigh a ton 🙂.
Treasure Hoarding. Glad you guy found. The hoarding show would have tossed it all
I'm dreading when the hoarder house is complete. Gotta find another....🙂. Such a great series you put together. Episode 17 out of 200? 🤞
That poison set is amazing!!
Oh I so want to help you pick things out of that house!! Love the videos 😀
That’s one of Baldelli’s postmodern pieces (1980’s), & it goes for between $75-$100.
That ice bucket was awesome
Thank you for sharing this adventure. I had so much fun watching this series. BTW, I guess I should inquire on Gus's TH-cam video, but did anyone check the attic? What other goodies were found in the second floor?
The pot with the side handle might be a "sick feeder". The wide rim holds back the soup or gruel.
Exactly what I thought it was…an “invalid feeder”
I would think servers would appreciate the ease to pour coffee, tea, for refills, cream with the side handles.
I have the same green flower pot. I love mine.
Anne Klien was very popular in the 70's and is a famous designer.
Anne Klein was a design house. No one named Anne Klein existed!
@@FSLewis totally not true! Google her name. She was a famous designer.
Yes Anne Klein is a fashion designer
It's like there is not a spot without a treasure...it just keeps on coming!!!
Unfortunately her items dont do very well on the resell market.

Its funny that Andrew wear mask at all - when he smokes......
Gus's Trogdor shirt is everything!

Gus' TROGDOR shirt @6:29 (in all of his majesty!) 😁😁😁 @MissSallyScrippage
That place more an antigue store then a hoarder house., more rare finds then trash.
Great finds, and you had a fun day too with friends !
I'm so happy you found that ice bucket. So cool.
I literally got goosebumps at Jocelyn's excitement and kind of teared up a little at her sheer happiness at finding the elusive ice bucket.
I would buy just one of those flora glasses
The murano looked like a dragon😭

It just keeps on giving!

Microphone
Maybe someone in the comments could catch me up on how this house came to be deserted for 20 years? Seems crazy!

silly question, can the glass from broken pieces with gold in it be recycled into other beautiful items?
