Thank you. This is about the only aesthetic problem in my Caravan that I purchased new in 2003.

Well, I did the job. Friday evening removed the whole headliner structure (more difficult than expected as sun visors, clips and B and C pillar liners were stubborn to let go; and cleaned and prepped the fiberglass. On Saturday adhered the new liner, could not avoid a few wrinkles from the liner wanting to stick to itself prior to adhering on the fiberglass, plus the difficulty in adhering it to some of the complex curves, but well before dusk the whole structure was back in the van and the thing was reensambled and the van ready to go. Reassembling took a lot less time than disassembling. I'd rate my original liner with an F, and my new liner not perfect but definitely much much better, almost pro, so I am happy. I spent about $60 dollars in both new liner, which looks and feels exactly like my wive's recent VW Golf's, and a gallon of glue, and about 10 hours of work, half of it with helping hands from a son, the other half by myself. Thanks for all the excellent tips. Saved me a lot of trial & error and time. But more importantly, you induced me to go ahead with this type of task I had not imagined doing by myself before. Thank you again.

Great video, thank you for sharing your process. Was there a reason you guys chose a brushed adhesive over a spray?
Edit: i wound up using super 77 from 3M. This was a bad idea. Do not make the mistake i did. Get a brush on adhesive. It looks like they used contact cement?

Moonautotops sells a foam backed liner. Looks like thats what they used. Personally, i think a spray contact adhesive would work better than their method, but at least with theirs they are absolutely positive the entire surface is bonded
