Carrot apple muffins:
- preheat oven to 375 F30
- in large bowl whisk together 1 1/2 tbsp flaxseed meal & 4 tbsp water, let sit for 5 minutes
- to the same large bowl add 1/3 cup maple syrup, 1 cup finely grated apples, 1 packed cup of grated carrots, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 cup melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup plain almond milk - mix!
- add 2/3 cup rolled oats, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup vanilla protein, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda - mix
- add mixture to a lined muffin tin and bake for 30 ish minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool for 15 min & enjoy!!
I see what you mean about being anxious and having a lot of negative thoughts at night. I feel it's because the nights are usually the slowest and loneliest times of the day, and your mind tends to wander. I get like that at random times but same concept.
I used to have terrible motion sickness, so I try to avoid using my phone completely while I’m in the car. It really helps! Also (it may sound a bit stupid, but still works) I always hold onto something in the car, it helps stabilizing my body, like the door or the seat. Hope this helps, thanks for always great content 💛

Hi Blake! Magnesium L-theronate is the type that will help with the anxiety at night. You are inspiring me to try and become more of a morning person! It’s something I need to do so I can work out in the morning because as the day goes on, I lose my motivation. So excited for Snowport!!
I also get so nauseous in the car but I highly recommend keeping peppermint candies (like the classic ones a grandma keeps in her purse) on you and also peppermint essential oil to put on your neck or wrists. I swear both of those things help me so so much!! Every time!
