Very nice, I have this one plus many more dive lights. I put silicone bands or foam tape around the mag ring for better grip and one finger operation. The magnetic side or rear button switches on other models are also a hoot. These lights are tanks and mag switches will likely never fail, definitely worth having some of these. Many different sizes and types and many at incredible prices on Amazon. Some are variously branded but are undoubtedly manufactured by Sofirn/Wurkkos. As an aside, the Jetbeam RRT01 Raptor EDC features an ‘infinitely variable’ magnetic ring that every enthusiast should have a look at, IMO. Thanks for the review on the DL61, it’s a great light.👍

But that aside, I will say I always wanted a dive light, but was hesitant to get one as I never dive and it'd be more of a toy. Do you think after spending time with it that it would make sense to use on land too? (Sorry if it's in the video, I am not through the whole thing yet)

Hello Smothered Chrome! I have a few questions you might be able to help me with? Is there a good place I can buy 21700 to 26650 adapter sleeves? I checked AliExpress, Sofirn and the Wurkkos website and had no luck. Also, I am curious, since you own both, which one do you like more and why, the Wurkkos DL61 or the Wurkkos DL70? Do you see any need to buy either of these dive lights for land use if I already own the Convoy M21G, the Sofirn Q8 Plus and the Sofirn SD05B dive light? I'm asking to try to talk myself out of buying another flashlight...lol!
Thank you Poly I appreciate your comment 🙏 Honestly I get my sleeves from astrolux and mateminco they came with my lights, you could try Banggood. I don't have the DL70 it's definitely on my to get list and I like the DL61 for it's power and great thermal and knowing that it's really waterproof.

The DL61 seems impressive and then today I noticed the DL70 which is rated for 13,000 lumens and runs with two 26650 batteries, and like yourself, I like double battery flashlights because they have longer run times.

I believe depth of water this is I believe 100 meters where as a regular ipx8 rated would only be a few meters.
