🌟 DESCRIPTION🌟
Based on the animated series, Young Justice: Legacy takes place between season one and two of the series. Choose your team of three and track down villains from the show in an effort to rescue archaeologist Dr. Helena Sandsmark, who's been kidnapped as part of the Light's scheme.
Players can select three members from a roster of twelve Young Justice TV series characters to play in the game's fifteen different levels.[6] They can also switch their control among the three active characters while playing. Each character has a unique set of special abilities to use on the battlefield as well as certain strengths and weaknesses that define that character's role during battle. Characters and their abilities level up as they progress through missions. Every character also has at least three costumes that change both the character's appearance and how they play. Also, the player can buy equipment from Red Tornado and train with Black Canary. Certain missions have the player fighting with the assistance of Justice League members, such as Superman, Green Lantern, Aquaman, and Batman. The game also features several unlockable modes, in which players are presented with certain tasks to accomplish.

Seriously this is how Tula aka Aqua Girl died, by sacrificing herself to stop some demon from escaping? I was excepting her to be blown up by Black Manta’s machines or died trying to stop Black Manta herself from destroying Atlantis.
It wouldn't have made sense if Kaldur "joined" Manta though
@@mataolundibi True but the ending scene looked so, lackluster and lame.
At the time I didn't realise the game bridged the 5-year gap between season 1 and season 2! It played better on Xbox at the time with no loading in the cutscenes and for times it was a somewhat fun game but the studio needed to make it more knowledgeable to tie in with the series
This game gives me so much nostalgia the ending still has me shook to this day.

@@aethyrguard9223 I bought it from a video game store in Chicago. Don't remember where but you'll most likely find it if you Google video game stores or classic video game stores etc. that's how I managed to find it. They had a large selection of games/systems for a decent price, or cheaper.

Dick Grayson became Nightwing, so the Robin mantle passed onto Jason Todd, but he got killed in action (presumably by the Joker), so Tim Drake is the current Robin
Aqualad learned that his birth father was Black Manta and starts questioning his identity, he retires from the team, but later joined Black Manta as a double agent for the Justice League with mission to keep tabs on the Light, only Nightwing, Kid Flash, Artemis know of this fact
Red Arrow (clone Roy Harper) goes on a search for the real Roy Harper despite the fact that many people, including Green Arrow, believe the real Roy is dead
Cheshire and Red Arrow shared a "most unlikely romance" and turned from enemies to family, they got married and both retired from a life of crime and heroics respectively before Red Arrow's obsession with finding the real Roy got on Cheshire's nerves, prompting her to leave him without telling him about her pregnancy, leading Red Arrow to believe that Cheshire was too addicted to a life of crime
Superboy and Miss Martian broke up, Miss Martian started dating Lagoon Boy, but she would later break up with him and get back together with Superboy
Kid Flash and Artemis got into an official relationship as a couple and decided to retire from the team to enjoy civilian life, but they later returned to the fold at the prompting of Nightwing and Aqualad
Zatanna and Rocket received promotions and left the team to be part of the Justice League

I remember way back I wanted this game specifically to play as beast boy, but actually looking at this game good lord does it look ugly and sluggish

This game is a time filler between seasons one and two of the series. In season two w of the show they reveal that Tula died and now we know how. We also now know how kaldur found out that manta was his dad. Also after watching seasons three or the series we know that the woman kidnapped in the game has a daughter named Cassie who we know now is wonder girl. Young justice is an incredible show/ series. I wish we could’ve gotten more games that filled in gaps between seasons because everything fits perfectly and the writing is so carefully thought out. Though some things in the beginning may not make sense everything is always tied together either in the season finally or in a future season I can’t wait/hope that it gets renewed for a 5th season

So the video game itself was the closing of YJ S1 after they heard about the JL going rouge on another planet. Making it being a bridge to YJ Invasion.

Young Justice has always deserved a fill for the lost 5 years between s1 and 2. They could make this whole thing a series of games! Especially if s5 isn't happening...

I'm really conflicted on this game. On one hand, it feels like shovelware, what with the unpolished graphics, stiff animation, obvious pop-in, and repetitive, run-on-the-mill gameplay that seems to ape Marvel Ultimate Alliance without any of its spark. You would think Young Justice: Legacy was disposable shovelware made to cash in on a popular show. On the other hand, look how much relevant plot is shown: Kaldur learning who his real father is, Tula sacrificing herself, the Light trying to unleash an ancient evil. It's like Greg Weisman was personally involved in the story.
