me choosing cabins: -mass limit don't matter on a light car -8 energy is enough to be mvp -health < size because adding armor will mean more cabin ehalth -high power is important, i'll use an engine anyway so speed isn't a problem -a perk is not worth double or triple the powerscore of a good cab yeah, sprinter it is, best cab in the game (or hot rod if you want blues, or by power/weight ratio, howl, too bad it's horn sounds bad)
Can't talk about modules any more without mentioning wheels! I was blown away by how much more successful a simple minigun car was with the new wheels getting more effect from Seal's perk, and with the new Hot Red engine perk I can even get the max cooling bonus while driving backwards. Bigfoot + Cheetah engine is also a classic, and improves every module and cabin with a triggered ability.
Very high speed, lightweight builds can actually greatly benefit from a car jack since Crossout collision physics are very unpredictable. Most cockpit booster builds should run a car jack for this reason.
Mr g needs to make a video on how to view parts on exhibition before you buy it so you can test it out, I've lost soooooooooooooooo much coin just buying crap and selling it before I could get a good build for them
how can you lose coin is beyond me. unless you buy very expensive stuff and sell cheap. it should be vice versa.once you get stuff in crossout you can try it with your build, unless you need smthg else to synergize with your part. basically you lose time not money, but ofc time = money so i feel sorry for you :d
I have a build for every cabin, and I can agree that it's important to find a good balance with your equipment on your rigs. Also I disagree with not having a carjack, I've seen so many players who were on a roll but get destroyed due to them being flipped over. I feel that a carjack is UPMOST important to have as a back up.
guess depends on a build. as someone mentiones speed builds- maybe... i, for once, (i tend to stay at a distance) could have used jack maybe 3-5 times last month... so useless... and in most cases thats because the team was crap so we would lose anyways
@@htcmlcrip understandable, when I build my rigs I usually test drive them and intentionally flip them to see if they can be lifted up. So they get lifted up in game about 90% of the time, occasionally needs another lift. So I think it really depends on how your rig is designed
i prefer the method of putting fuel barrel way outside the build on a long stick. rather lose just my fuel than frames. also, it's pretty safe there. enemies generally aim for weapons or cab, it would take a really petty person to decide "i'm gonna make sure this guy gets no fuel" and waste effort shooting the barrel, but it happens.
winning crossout does nothing, other than ego boost (and fuel of course). damage caused what gets you rewards (only if damaged player is destroyed? not too sure). so i will aim for fuel barrel to score a bit more for rewards?.. in case someone else kills you anyway...
I hate it when people use the wrong cabin and weapon combinations like a Echo with heat based weapons. I mean if you can affort to pay for it then you can also affort some brain cells
or users just dont care enough.... if you got good team your build doesnt matter... unless you into higher level competitive playing, rather than just having fun... im not there to win (as it happens 50% of the time regardless )... a bit more damage wont give me much in a way of fun, it just doesnt matter enough to bother
Mr G I highly disagree about your opinion that the cat jack is useless cause I don't have enough fingers I can't count on them just how many times the car jack came in handy but if you do belive it isn't worth the energy maybe the devs should add a rare or special car jack that doesn't need energy but just costs more
maybe make a build which isnt likely to flip? in last month i maybe could have used jack like 3-5 times.... and my builds are total crap, im no good at it to begin with... if your team is crap, you will loose anyway regardless.
Nice cover and i would like to see a video about economy of the game from your perspective. I seen alot of comments on reddit like dont craft just buy, because crafting is just waste of time. I really dont know what to think and do. What's the pros and cones??
yeah that always confuses me too... it seems buying is at least same as crafting... but then who the hell crafts if its cheaper or same to just buy? something must be off here
idk my small track build always flips over due to crossout physics on my porc build i keep the car jack but i also have like 3 spare energy i dont use for anything else

I would love to see a video on Power Score and how it is categorized when playing PvP. As always thanks Mr.g for another video :)
Will add it to the tactics vid

yeah true... but exhibition is rather obvious, you would stumble across it just the first hour of playing it
while going through menus anyways

My friend you don't know how much I realise that the least likely to flip are hovers and legs but I like wheels so Jack is very useful
I use wheels myself. Cant get hovers to drive for me properly they sliding too much lol
