Another great video, Craig! My wife and I were the couple you stopped to chat with after you filmed this. Thanks again for your generosity. Love the Dis team.
Thanks for this Craig. We are absolute BBQ snobs. We spent the first 40 odd years of our lives in Tennessee and vacation every year in North Carolina. So that is our BBQ vibe. 20 years ago we moved north to PA and soon realized if we wanted actual good BBQ we'd have to make our own. Several smokers and numerous experiments later ... we figured it out. So we are extremely picky when it comes to BBQ. We've always been intrigued by the Polite Pig as it gets such good reviews, but this video showed us that it's not for us. Two out the three sliders put mayonnaise on them. Dear God who does that!!! No No No. I get it. Dukes mayo is this southern delicacy 🤮. At the end of the day it's still mayo and doesn't belong anywhere near real BBQ. Someone in that kitchen doesn't understand......
Polite Pig is an absolute must every single trip. The cheddar sausage and turkey are also amazing, although this past summer we were crushed to see the orange blossom cake no longer on the menu.
Craig We were there on 10/30/21. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was amazing. There were 6 of us an we all got something different. The wrap was excellent too. We were all really happy with the place.
Always love your thoughtful take on barbecue, Craig! I always learn something new. I love a good fried chicken sandwich, and that one looked delicious. Thanks so much for sharing.
Polite Pig so far has been the best bbq I’ve found at Disney. With today’s meat prices $24 isn’t bad especially when you consider the location. Good video!
Nicely done as always Craig, thanx! Glad your fried chicken sandwich was such a good surprise for you, as was the side. Very nice of you to leave a tip - same thing I always do, especially these days!
I live in Dallas so I’m a little spoiled for bbq but I’d heard such good things about Polite Pig I checked it out this past Monday when I was in town for HHN. I got the southern pig and was really disappointed. I’d never had bbq so greasy before. It was so off putting I don’t plan on a return trip there. The Mac and cheese was fantastic but the meat was a big nope for me. Went to Earl of Sandwich later in the day and am always happy with the Full Montague.
It’s looks so good I look forward to some good BBQ when I arrive in 11 days. Where would you say does the best BBQ in or around Orlando. I’m happy to travel for BBQ 😂
Either my taste buds are totally burnt or your assessment of how spicy it was, is totally off. Out of a scale of 1 to 10, I would say the Porter sauce has a max spice level of 3 to 5 for the most wimpy of spice eaters. For people that are used to spice I would say the Porter sauce is a spice level of one. Maybe the spicy we’re getting was from the jalapeño. In any case, I always love your reviews, and I’m glad you enjoyed your meal!
I have never eaten Polite Pig food - it looks like I would not enjoy what they put on those sandwiches. Pimento cheese on brisket? Duke's mayo on EVERYTHING? Fennel apple slaw? Just no. I'm glad you enjoyed your meal though.
I had the burnt ends in September when I was down and let me tell you my braces hated me for it but it was 🤌. Well worth it. That fried chicken slider has me wanting to get in my car and drive 8 hours south.

It was so nice meeting you both! Sorry again for taking too long recording my outro because I was crying from the sun haha
best value for your money, its always fresh and good and packed with full flavors!!

Polite Pig is now on the to do list. Thanks Craig
Glad to see Craig finally getting to enjoy a good Disney meal.
Your food reviews are the best! Also love the ones you do with Ryno. Please do more Universal food.

I LOVE Polite Pig. We ate there last November!!!!! Thanks for the review!
Great job Craig
Absolutely my favorite place to eat at Disney Springs - quick, always good & easy to get in & out! Brussel Sprouts ARE THE BEST!!!
Yum! Great selection from the menu to get a better sampling of food. They all look great to me.
TY Craig
Thanks Craig. Can't wait to see Rhino and you do a review. It's been a while. Miss you two together.
One of my favorites!

Didn't factor in rise in restaurant costs, but the impressive part is they haven't had to raise prices drastically to keep up with the fluctuation.

Great review, Craig! Glad you had a good meal!
Me and the little woman would LOVE to have, the people who run this restaurant open, one up on the island of Kauai!
I need to try that place out. The potato dish looked delicious, I could just have that. Another great review.
Solid, thorough review.
Great video 👌🏻
Thank you Craig!
Was there early December, LOVED IT. They offer a discount for Disney Visa cardholders. Awesome!
Love their food!!!
Great honest review! Well done Craig. Now I'm craving BBQ af....:D
Love Polite Pig
Well done Craig, we will try it next March.
💖Happy to see you had a delicious & successful, food review, Craig!💖
Never eaten at the Polite Pig....but I have to say it looked delish!! I think the sliders would be my choice as well. Thanks Craig
OMG that looked good.
Enjoyed the review. Thank you
Great video, definitely going to try it when we come next year those sliders look amazing 🤩
That chicken....
polite pig is so good it kills my interest in other restaurants in the cradle. really wish it wasn’t the first thing i ever had in disney springs.
Thank you, adding this to my upcoming trip. Please consider Regal BBQ smokehouse review. I've never eaten there and would appreciate your opinion.
We have multiple on this channel - just search Regal Eagle!
I could just get the sides and be happy.
Hard to believe your are not a Carolina boy they way you understand BBQ.
* I understand eating it. I will never understand preparation as I don't have A) patience or B) a smoker.
@@DisneyDining I have a Komodo Joe smoker and love it!
They offer an AP discount.

I still need to try their ribs. I feel like that actually might be their specialty, because I can't say that about the other meats I've had.

You got the flat of the brisket, maybe they will give you the point (fattier part) if you request on order?
They might. Any good BBQ place will ask you which you'd prefer, but they don't here because I'm sure it would just confuse a lot of people.
I have not been here but on the list

My husband and I eat there once and we will not go back there again! It was awful! Tasted like it was out of a can.🤮
