Lynn worked hard during her life. Anyone working as a Hairdresser works standing up and that has to be physically hard for years'. I noted how much she received after she retired from SS and it wasn't that much . She had to be a person who saved and didn't waste her money as was indicated by the defense seeing her bank statements . She was a woman who deserved to live and enjoy life as much as she could. But Jessy Kurczewski didn't agree. So she pretended to be her friend and indicated she was helping her . All of Lynn's money was taken before and after her death by Jessy who has no conscience . Then Jessy ended her life thinking no one would think about her dying from Visine eye drops . Also she expected to get away with everything concerning stealing anything and everything Lynn had . I hope this jury gives Lynn justice because she can't have it, without them ! May she rest in peace and may Jessy serve years' in prison !

@Sunnie yes my Mom was a hairdresser for most of our childhood & on her feet 12-14 hrs day, very hard work & deal with a lot! Thank goodness she went bk to college for electronics. SS based on what someone makes in certain quarters, so she probably didn’t get much. I was an engineer for 26 yrs before neuropathy forced my disability, I fought still for it & they never asked me or looked up what was in my checking & savings for determining SSDI. Lynn was a good hearted person & had such an active life until Jessy started poisoning her in 2016 & making her sick, feel so bad for her. Hope she flies with angels & her friends find peace 🙏❤️ especially after Jessy goes to prison for life.

During the trial and in their closing arguments, I noted the defense bringing out the fact that Lynn was receiving Social Security disability and food shares which may be like food stamps as if that was something to be ashamed of!! I dislike this whole victim bashing by the defense. Social Security is not an entitlement and people contribute to that their entire working career. Shame on the defense.

Jesse is 100 guilty on all charges. She was obsessed with her gambling habits, and Jesse's motive was absolutely true, to steal Lynn harman's money to pay off her gambling debts.. Lynn was a Frugal woman, and whom was cognitive to maintain her life, and her expenditures that she was a organized woman.. Lynn enjoyed her life, as simple of her choice. Jesse's mind grew bigger, is she began to play it out her escape from her gambling debts, and how she was going to pay her debts of what money she owed to the gambling casinos. Jesse saw a way out of her greediness to take advantage of someone else. Her obsession for play rather than working for her money, as Jesse had no money, because she did not work, or as she think that she worked by taking care of Lynn, but unfortunately did not rightfully work for her income, rather Jesse took advantage of a good woman who had a good heart, but unknowingly to lynn, as she had her own health problems herself, then never expected that someone whom she considered to be a nice friend would have never taken advantage of her. Lynn was the kind of person home if you asked of her of anything, she would have given one a helping hand. However, Lynn unknowingly did not realize that Jesse was a thief in disguise. Yes, Jesse murdered Lynn to completely empty out her bank accounts, which Lynn herself worked for her money, and she worked hard for her money. Maybe she did not have a desire to frivolously spend her money outrageously. Lynn just had a simple life, which was becoming to her. Yes, she worked hard for her money, but she enjoyed her life as it was, and because she was a frugal Spender, and she maintained a organized life for herself, she was able to securely maintain her bank accounts, unlike Jessie whom did not have money to her name, because she was a freeloader, and whom took advantage of a good woman like Lynn. The words sums it up that Jesse is just a pure bum off the street, and Lynne home had a heart for helping people, she saw a way to take Jesse into her home, and into her life. However, if Lynn had lived, instead of having died, Lynnwood have realized regrets of having even with the very person whom she tried to help. But Lynn never had the chance to find out on her own her regrets, because Jesse murdered her, and cut her life short, and as well, Jesse took Lynn from her family, and her real friends. Jesse belongs Behind Bars, and on death row . There is no amount of money, or restitution that can be paid to the family of Lynn, because it would not be enough, because there is no monetary value to a person's life. Yeah, Jesse can sit in court, and shed her crocodile tears, but those tears are not remorseful tears of having murdered a good woman, and stealing Lynn's life savings. Jesse will have every opportunity to converse with her family, and or what friends she may have, but to the family of Lynn, all they will have is a grave to go to on certain occasions like Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and birthdays, but otherwise, there will always be a emptiness, which Lynn's family will always feel, and experience along with Lynn's friends. Jesse is a disgusting woman who should be ashamed of herself for what she did, except that there will never be an apology, because how does one apologize for having murdered a loved one, and having stolen from a loved one's life savings. There are no apologies that a person can make, which will reverse the crime, which Jessie committed. She will have her family to come to see her in prison, and or she will receive mail from her family, but to Lynn's family there will never be a phone call, or visits from a parent's daughter Karma a sibling sister, or even a letter to a friend sent from Lynn. There will always be a emptiness that Lynn's family and Friends will always feel. The sun may rise each day, but day after day, and night after night, and year after year there will always be a emptiness, which Lynn's family and friends will continue to feel. Jesse's only hope while she is in prison that she accept Christ as her savior . Does it mean that accepting the Lord as one savior that Jesus is going to set aside the crimes one has committed, no, because there are always consequences for what one does in life whether it be good or bad.. however, salvation means to have everlasting life, and to have a life beyond death. God does not dismiss a crime we commit, however, God forgives us when we call out to him.. punishment of our sins is a discipline not just from the courts, from the judicial system, but punishment also, comes from God , and from God's love. There are always going to be consequences Karma which we all are going to face up to our wrongdoings, and there are always rewards for the will to do right. But still there are no apologies one can make for having murdered someone else, and having stolen from one's life savings. Everlasting forgiveness only comes from God.

Just IMO I hope think Jessy had been giving Lynn small doses of visine for the 2 yrs she has been sick & the hospital didn’t test or detect it so is why they couldn’t figure it out, (but I do think the things they found were scary too!) as Jessy was using Lynn’s money & then running out, even the loan, which she never paid, she put the huge amount of visine in a drink & when Lynn was mostly out of it she gave her a bunch of pills thinking it would cover up the visine in her system. So much in this case just cannot be defended against, Jessy’s spending, lies in the interviews, all those checks, withdrawals, then the description of Lynn’s personality by her true friends & the opposite descriptions by Jessy & Jennifer. That last fake will was so ridiculous & so desperate of Jessy! Guilty!

@@DebbieHopeblake they implied it a couple times imo, but they couldnt necessarily say it. There is no evidence supporting that, so it wouldve been objected to for sure. The state would say things like lynn started having problems and was isolated when jessy came in the picture. I definitely think she was dosing her for a long time though. I wonder what jessy's mom knew also? I dont know if she's guilty, but she's suspicious to me! Jessy paid her mom's rent with lynn's money and she doesn't know anything? That doesn't pass the smell test with me.

I truly believed Lynn was being poisoned by Jesse for a long time and when Lynn went to the hospital several times and they never detected the THZ (eyedrops) Jesse kept increasing the dose to control Lynn or keep lynn so sick and out of it she didn't realize what was happening. And I'm so surprised the Judge didn't say anything to Jesse for shaking her head no and mouthing "no or not what i said or no i didn't do that" during the prosecutors closing argument especially since the judge reprimanded someone sitting in the back of the courtroom for shaking his head No

I am a pharmacist and I can tell you that the toxicologist for the defense is right. There was a substantial number of medications in her system with potential for numerous drug interactions and toxicity. If you give tetrahydrazoline orally it would go through the liver and have first pass metabolism. There would be metabolites that could be measured and nobody looked at that. The toxicologist for the defense showed that the lady had to have ingested a large number of tablets. Another consideration is the validation of the lab that tested the blood. The prosecution should have had independent verification from the FBI lab to validate the results. I am not saying that the defendant is innocent but there is definitely substantial doubt and someone should take a look at the evidence again and reasonable doubt could possibly be established.I think the real thing that points to her guilt is the story about bringing the water bottle containing the 6 bottles of tetrahydrozoline. Despite sloppy forensic lab work that evidence in itself would probably be enough to convict.

So hoping verdict comes in later today! I def think she had been making her sick and dependent on her over the past few years she was I’ll and hospital obv didn’t check for it in their blood panels. Lynn’s money was inheritance that she saved she didn’t get that much from state above that, defence getting in there that she was getting food stamps, as if she didn’t deserve them, then got in that she was a horrible alcoholic!
How thick does defence have to be- of course they thought suicide was only when they checked for that specifically did they realise there was a problem!! Hope jury don’t drop the ball on this one 🫣

This judge is inept. At around 9:29:00 she has no ready explanation as to what the term 'practically certain' means ('Defendants behaviour is practically certain to cause the death...). This is a most basic element in the jury instructions as to the meaning of 'intent'. Why does this judge not know the meaning of this after going to law school for decades? I mean what has she taken out of all her 'education'. She then proceeds to display her continuing helplessness by admitting that she can't find the relevant explanation and comment for the term in the code (Which she relied on the lawyers for it's source in the first place) because her 'search' in the Word document she has 'isn't working'. Just total disqualification for being a judge, and in a murder trial, where one's life is at stake no less! She should be fired. This is the same judge whose emotional instability and childishness was on full display in the Darrell Brooks trial.
