When did we forget the basic science that men possess a significant greater body muscle to fat ratio than women? My first experience with this science was when lifting the baby boy of a friend. He was smaller than my daughter at approximately 6 months old but was surprisingly heavier. Muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space. This is real! It has nothing to do with the emotional idea of who or what we are!
As well as the muscle to fat ratio, males have a greater ratio of fast twitch to slow twitch muscle fibres which means they are on average better at sports, particularly high endurance activities. The only sport biological women outcompete males in is ultra long distinct swimming, only after 200 miles- this is due to the twitch fibres. Males also have a much higher grip strength, and are physically larger on average, with higher haemoglobin and blood oxygen saturation, have larger hearts, livers, lungs and vital capacity (the amount they can breath when inhaling). On average men are more aggressive, a violent male can inflict far more force on a biological women, due to their physiological and anatomical differences. Taking puberty blockers has no effect on this, as all they do in males is reduce Adams apple from forming, stop the voice from breaking, reduces growth of gonads and slightly reduces the shoulders from broadening- no effect on key factors muscle type and distribution, fat ratio, vital capacity, haemoglobin oxygen capacity, grip strength.

I'm an alcoholic in recovery and my brain and disease in active alcoholism had the same irrational sick thought process. On James Barr's Wikipedia page, there is a section on 'Philanthropy', as there often is with celebrities who are noted for their charity work. I can only assume Barr wrote it himself, as there are no examples of philanthropy in it. It would be more accurate if the section was entitled 'hobbies and interests' or 'what I did in the summer holidays'.
Just because a woman is the same size as a man does not mean that she has the same athleticism or muscle mass as the male. They have a higher proportion of fat mass and are, on average, not as athletic. A 15 year old athletic boy can beat a professional female athlete 9 times out of 10.
I used to hate seeing James on the show because I'm used to seeing him hostile, however it was nice seeing him be civil here, even with a smile. He might have differing opinions but this is why it's important to talk to each other. How are people going to learn if you don't help them see your point of view?

When did we forget the basic science that men possess a significant greater body muscle to fat ratio than women? My first experience with this science was when lifting the baby boy of a friend. I'm an alcoholic in recovery and my brain and disease in active alcoholism had the same irrational sick thought process. I would rationalize the irrational on a perverse degree of self-centernedess and protection of my feelings. I would do things that looking back, would be so unrecognizable and shocking to do. When you are sick you are running entirely on self-will and selfishness in order to feel better. These people need help. They can affirm themselves into a million different identities and try to control the world around them but in the end the truth comes out. This is why I am not afraid. People will see the truth and the truth if they want to will liberate them.
The major problem I have is just like with alcoholism, your self-will is run so riot that you will harm others in the process. We are beginning to see this disease progress with taking advantage of vulnerable children (ie parents telling their kids they are trans etc), the taking over of sports and harming woman. A sick person will go to any lengths to feed their ego which has an insatiable thirst.

Not only does Israel have a right to defend itself, it also has a right to turn over every hidden corner to rescue their citizens. I would have thought that by now Gazans would have had enough of their foolish government and demanded Hamas to surrender. Gazans could be helping Israel in locating their citizens but they continue to choose not to. I don't feel sorry for them at all. It's the GAZANS fault because they too could stop the war.
It’s highly unlikely the ordinary people of Gaza know where the hostages are. Given the amount of rockets that have fallen on Gaza a good proportion of the hostages are likely dead.

When you have videos of IDF snipers shooting unarmed civilians in Gaza , why would they trust the IDF ? Are you completely oblivious to all the evidence and statements made by the Israeli government, all the videos IDF soldiers post on social media mocking Palestinian children and women . These are the people you want them to trust ?

On James Barr's Wikipedia page, there is a section on 'Philanthropy', as there often is with celebrities who are noted for their charity work.
I can only assume Barr wrote it himself, as there are no examples of philanthropy in it. It would be more accurate if the section was entitled 'hobbies and interests' or 'what I did in the summer holidays'.

Just because a woman is the same size as a man does not mean that she has the same athleticism or muscle mass as the male. They have a higher proportion of fat mass and are, on average, not as athletic. A 15 year old athletic boy can beat a professional female athlete 9 times out of 10.
