I run Salac Berry on my offensive Tinkaton. Maybe not the most reliable item but you know the opponent suddenly panics when they see *speed increases* =)
Ohhhh that's actually a really nice idea! It means you can also put EVs elsewhere instead of going all out in speed, i might have to try it out when i try offensive Tinkaton!
