I've been feeling that alot lately on my adventure into these random artists on TH-cam. First with Adam Calhoun reminding me of the good old 90's rap music and now onto this song making me think of the 90's to early 2000's rock songs. I love it! Nova also has a great punk sound if you like that as well. I just found out (like a couple videos before this) that Tom and Nova once did music as a band called GF BF. The music rabbit hole on TH-cam is INSANE!!! The amount of artists that I had no idea were out there is ridiculous! You listen to one and that leads you to another, which leads you to three more and it goes on and on. I don't know if my mind can handle much more of this lol!

In my early 30s, I met this incredible angel. We dated and soon things got serious. Unfortunately, she had to go back to Taiwan. I quickly realized that I couldn't let this relationship die, but it's on the other side of the planet on a subtropical island. F#$% it! I dropped a budding career in technical support and training and ended up on an island where very few people could speak English. Talk about culture shock. I started teaching and worked really hard to build a life here. It was really hard. I ha to constantly fight for any respect. Now I'm 60. I have had many adventures. I have a wife who still makes me drool at 55, and I have a son who is in his teens, (sigh, groan) but has good morals. It's really hard at times. I love Canada and miss it so much at times, but I made the right decision.

Thank you for this wonderful song. It really spoke to my heart. I’m in my 30’s and have been battling Multiple Sclerosis for over half my life. For me time is something I both pray for & fear. You become all to aware of how quickly its lost and how much it hurts when you are desperate to just live and not solely survive or exist. Its easy to forget that everyday that passes is gone. We can’t get time back, we can’t gain more of it nor do we know when ours runs out.
I hope people hear your message and let it into their hearts. That they try to take time for the simplest things that bring them happiness and comfort. Remembering to be present and cherish precious moments in life with loved ones and the memories made. Our time like our love is something only we can give to others and ourselves. Priceless gifts to be thankful for.

I can relate, I'm almost 40 and am fighting multiple sclerosis among other things. Lately I've been looking back and in the future of my life and this song just hits home.

Yet it feels like time as a whole flew by as everyone around me kept going without me. Im sure you understand. It’s hard for others to get it no matter how hard I’ve tried to explain it. Sometimes there really isn’t a way to explain it at all.
