I just went on a trip to Budapest, I had these big plans of what I want to do. But I was really burned out, so when I came there, I felt stressed out and I didn't wanna do anything. So I let myself not do anything. Just slowly get some breakfast. Not rush. Get my favourite bubble tea, slowly wander around. And it filled me up. I became more and more energised and started wanting to do more active staff. So it really really works, listening to yourself and slowing down as much as u feel like.

My best tip for exercise: If you don’t really think of yourself as a sporty person, but you like problem solving, puzzles or even gaming then do yourself a favour and go try bouldering!!! It absolutely feels like all of those things with an added bonus: you are using your body and getting stronger while doing it! I tried this sport and now I am absolutely hooked because it is just so much fun and it is also so easy to see and track your own progression which is super motivating. I feel so much stronger now than before and yet it has never felt too hard because it has always been fun. Really really recommended
This is insane. I just finished my GCSEs and after working so hard for them I have been feeling so relaxed in the past few weeks. But I have really missed being productive and yet I just can't be arsed to get up and actually do something fun and useful with my time.... enter Jade. Thank you so much for making this video!! I am coming up to the last few days of my first year of teaching, it’s been SUCH a tough year, but the thought of summer and re-setting my mental and physical health is getting me through 💛
these 2 yrs have been sp exhausting mentally physically and emotionally a lot, graduated high school in 1st week of aug and after tht i had nothing to do and i felt like i am being useless and just coulndt sit ideal and take things slow...but then lately i realized tht i should take things slow try good sleep schedule and most IMP TAKE CAEE OF MY HEALTH OF MY BODY which i have been ignoring a lot. thankyou for this video really appriciate it🌞

I am really curious about it and constantly wonder why the education journey, which should be fulfilling, fascinating and joyful, ends up being so stressful and sometimes toxic to many young people. I am a student myself, I am going through this too, but I was pretty sure it was because I am in a country where university is not at all designed for students. So I am surprised and kinda disappointed to discover that it is actually the case in many other places as well 🙁

It was my entrance exam (which marks the end of my high school) on the day you posted this video, but I watched it now, and first of all THANK YOU. This was needed, I am still confused and depressed but it's mostly because I'm frustrated of everything in my life. The last 2 academic years were so traumatic to me but I did learn a lot of things. I will probably take 1 year off for my med school entrance exam (again!) but yes I'll make sure to get back up from the burnout i was having for the past 2 years ❤️

Well, here I am, lying in my bed, not having the energy to get up and go outside after I wrote my last exam on Wednesday. I still have to write my last essay, but I am like so empty, because I have put so much energy into these exams and since I was ill the last two weeks and still had to learn not only my mind but also my body is soo tired. I guess I will take this video as a motivation to start, but sometimes you don't feel any stress anymore, no relief, but nothing at all.

Well, here I am, lying in my bed, not having the energy to get up and go outside after I wrote my last exam on Wednesday. I still have to write my last essay, but I am like so empty, because I have put so much energy into these exams and since I was ill the last two weeks and still had to learn not only my mind but also my body is soo tired. I guess I will take this video as a motivation to start, but sometimes you don't feel any stress anymore, no relief, but nothing at all.
