I remember, back when I was doing my MBA at XLRI, Jamshedpur the placement season was the most dreaded time. And the one question I was most scared of was 'Why should I hire you'. I used to think - what am I supposed to say? How can I sit there and just praise myself, like I am so great , it is so weird.
This is a very difficult question because -
1. It usually comes right at the end, when you have finished the technical parts of the interview and you think, ah! thank god it's over and boom - why should we hire you
2. It also sometimes may mean that they have not been able to make up their minds about you. They may be confused and so they are giving you one last chance to sell yourself.

During my college time I had presented projects over powerpoint in some of them I act as the team leader as well. So after having 4 years of experience in past it helped me lot in absorbing and enhancing my analytical skills, decision making and so on as compared to my college time.

As a software developer/web developer, 4 skills are supposed to be essential, Problem Solving ability, Communication skill, Knowledge of data structures and at least one programming language. I m pretty confident that i acquired these skills during my certified training time and after in doing some independent projects. So i believe this job role is a right fit to me.

I have three strong qualities to be hired : I can win the confidence of the my students easily, I have a dynamic personality I can always improvise myself to the needs of the situation, I'm a creative person who can new way of presenting lessons which will make the learning most interesting. In short I can prove myself as a role model for the students.
I'm glad that you've asked me this question.The reason you should me hire because, I'm a life long learner. I have learning agility and I take what I have learned in the past and translate that learning into new situations.
I believe that a person who is flexible , an open minded and interested in learning is quite better than person who is determined to keep going in the old way.
I have that passion to learn and I'm passionate about work. If you give me an opportunity to prove I have that zeal , I can assure you your decision of selecting me will not be wrong.

Ans: well I understand the JD needs person who can handle procurement and good understanding of MM and to vendor relationship, from my prior experience I have gained the these knowledge . Also I am a good learner updating to current marketing situation and I am approacable character maintaing good relationship with suppliers
....You should hire me because I have handled procurement for many years in my past experience working with large organisations and was able to save cost as well, through my technical know how and good negotiation skills, maintaining healthy relationship with suppliers.

From the job discription I noticed U R looking for a candidate (assistant engineer) require some skills including creativity,identify problem & find solution to it,proficiency with technologies & softwares.
Then I am pretty confident about my skills & ability which make me a percfet fit for the position.
My final semester project completed with my leadership.The Project have been submitted way before the deadline because of good team work.To see the Project design my Teacher claimed me because I brought my software skills all over it & except that he praised me for the creative work😁& ended with I was all over it.

For example, during my last assignment of PS to DGM, I was a part of a research project “Achieving SB Deposits Budget”. Other members of the project were all Regional Manager of our Module, AGM Direct Branches. I was a active participant of that team and we came up with a presentation that was presented to circle CMC in Annual Conclave. Our presentation was liked by all the members of the CMC and circle CGM declared ours project as the best amongst all six Modules.

The reason you should hire me I am a fresher. I have theoretical knowledge but I'll put all my efforts for the good progress of my organization. I am type of person who strongly believe hardwork ...for example..in class very student is not have same intelligence but a quick learner studied at 2 hrs but normal student studied do hardwork for 4 hours and get. Good marks ...
