Picked 2~ that was really sweet advice. I really appreciate that because I'm actually used to people having the pov this person I had in mind did. I'm not at all surprised, and it's why I let it go to just keep pursuing my goals. So it's good to know what I'm already doing is the right thing. I usually allow karma/the truth to let time do it's thing. Been many a rumor and slander because people try to shoot me down and keep me down. I know I have value in what I do, and it's worth pursuing because it's something to be shared. Yes, it is about me, but people connect through personal experiences and what they can relate to. Without sustinence, yes, it is just selfish gains, but that's never been my motive. Quite the opposite. I know if i can help myself after what I've been through, it'll help others, and we learn and grow by sharing. However, part of it is also widtholding when necessary. Timing is key. Not everyone deserves to know your story, and at times people are determined to believe what they want, and even find ways to tear you down. "Don't hate the player hate the game" is a great quote here. It's not my job to convince them. However, I don't see others as competition. The only one I compete against is myself. So if this person can't handle me when I'm at my best because they're determined to think it's selfish and manipulative, then they don't have any business being around, nor can say they those things without it being false because I'm still going forward and they're not there to use those lame excuses 🤷♀️
