When I do my own personal readings I drop cards too rather than choosing one from the stack. People have their own way of reading and you need to learn to have an open mind and respect that.

@@Fever_Dreamz thanks for clarifying. Yeah different strokes for different folks. I find flyers help me transfer less of my own energy into the reading. Why do you do it?

@ I would say I do it for the same reason. I feel that I can connect better with my guides knowing they wanted those specific cards for me to read.

Cards are just a tool, if you put all the cards down and lay them out you should be able to tell which ones are the ones you need for the question. Just as if you were doing psychic drawing you put down the pencils and you will know which one to pick up and when. Then on top of that if you are developing your intuition further, you should be able to tell the answer to the questions without the cards. Old school more likely not to use jumpers with traditional spreads, they might consider them as additional cards or discard because they throw out the numbers for the spread. Sometimes when not using spreads, they are seen as additionals that want extra attention. Most important things: How you are going to become a clear channel? Do you know you are protected or do you need to bring in protection? Discernment: who or what is coming through, what are you connected to and what are you not allowing in? It's not a free for all, you have to be in control. Intent. What is your intent for the reading? Permission. You wouldn't just walk into any person's house or home and start rifling around, and you don't just come into a person's energy or stuff and do whatever. You have to know your ethics and where they sit. Same with remote healing, just because you can doesn't mean you should. So it's best to ask in person but if not ask their higher self. If you get a no for any reason you do not proceed. It could be a no forever or no at that time. You only proceed with a yes. Some people say well I'm using this to practice...still ask permission. A tool is a tool, an ability is an ability, it's up to you to choose what your conduct will be. Develop your way to tune in and get a yes or no. Same when you read in person, what boundaries are there? What will you or won't you read on? What is ethical? Is that information the person should be privy to? Should I present this? If yes, how should I present this? Be discerning. Words have power, lots of power. Not everything you get should be for all ears or their ears if reading for one person, and the way you present what you can say, matters. It will be different from person to person. Some people can handle blunt, some you need to word carefully. Especially if presenting health problems, whats a gentle way to present it? "Perhaps it might be good to get a checkup", always be mindful. Development, develop discernment, is the information coming through feeling correct or is it feeling off? Do you need to start again, clear your energy or space and reconnect?

@@michaelahearl4470 well I just looked at Blake’s Astro chart on Astro.com. She is Leo rising (natal) and I also looked at her draconic chart and she has many Leo placements. I tried to study Vedic but it’s quite complex:) but I studied draconian and that seemed bang on when taken as subtext to the regular natal chart. For example in Angelina Jolie’s natal chart she is cancer rising but in her draconic her rising sign is Scorpio and that’s readily apparent

hmm that one is not really resonating with me rn. Thanks for inquiring but i am not yet willing to do that one Most of the time that past life stuff can be seen in the synastry chart (astrological chart comparing/overlaying 2 peoples charts together). An expert astrologer would be able to tell that pretty easily in most cases.Ty
