Hi Joe, got a question, in the Bahamas, we spear our spiny lobster when foraging, why is that not the practice in the UK? Is it due to keeping the lobster alive or more because of the thickness of the shell?
I think it’s because in the UK is is against the law to land a ‘berried’ female. And sometimes it is hard to tell if it is a female or male or indeed if it’s a berried female. So all lobsters have to be extracted by non invasive method just incase.

Great days work, you probably could have handled the small section on removing all the frames of honey slightly better saying ask advice from a local Bee keeper on honey harvesting as done at the wrong time of year you can unknowingly set the stage for the whole Bee hive to starve over winter months.
This is a fishing channel so obviously these small errors of judgement will happen.
