I just learned that in Japanese he's voiced by Hiroshi Fujioka, and for some reason it makes me even more upset that he doesn't sound like Sean Connery in English.
I wonder if they’ll make him square off with Sephiroth along side Zack, give him more of a last stand since he is grand master martial artist, and tifas trainer. A pretty damn good one too, since Tifa turned into a complete badass.
well in the anime, nilbeheim accident zangan is protecting tifa , and the legs has been severed by sephiroth so after that he is retired or something...
In the OG FF7 he is the one who saves Tifa from the reactor after she gets hit by Sephiroth and then takes care of her. He is the key part in Tifas survival so he isnt gonna die cuz then Tifa would be a goner too.
