No bro because they are supposed to roll on the outer part of the varitor when the engine is revved and rpm increase so when even the little grease we apply on them it will slip out in the varitor instead of rolling slowly according to the RPM, so every time we open this part we should wash and clean this roller/variator assembly completely and clean the clutch shoe properly 👍

Handle vibration problem hai sir, Accelerator dene par clutch roller se vibration aati h , Roller bush change krwa diye Japanese technology wale,front shocker bush bhi kharab the wo bhi replaced.Clutch unit casing cleaning petrol se krwa di including variator. Fir bhi problem solve nhi hue. Front fork alignment krwa diya uska bearing goliya replaced.But problem abhi bhi hai. Aur Sir High speed around 50 se above bahut jyada roller se awaj aati h sir. Preshan ho gya hu ji kya kru.🙏please kuch suggest kro sir Dono tyre ka air pressure bhi 28,36 rakhta hu sir. Pls do something 🙏🙏

At least you have run 16K km, but mine is just 5000 km n I am very gentle rider, single use, Activa 5g bought in 2019; very sparingly used, yet I have been having the handle vibration problem from the 2nd month of usage!! I believe it is a defect that Honda Scooter company must recognize and rectify. Their authorised service center here in Davangere, Vani Honda, said while I raised the complaint, that the vehicle had to run at least 5000 km for the belt to get seasoned. So, I had returned with the problem. For the past so many months, I have been facing this problem without any solution!! I though Honda guys made quality products, but this is terribly dismaying.
ग्रीस डाल दिया तो आप अपनी गाड़ी सत्य नाश किया समझो। बहुत सारे mechanic greese dalte hei। Cvt ka koi भी पार्ट dry honi चाहिए। इसीलिए company ne steel ka bush और वरिएटर एल्युमिनियम कास्टिंग में बनाया।
@@gopinathannottath mera gadi activa 5g hai sirf 4500kms hi chali hai aur char baar handle vibration ka kaam karwa chuka hu lekin fir bhi 0-10ki speed pe accelerate karne pr pura gadi vibration karta hai aur fornt shocker se gad gad ki awaz aa rhi hai ab pta nhi chal raha dikkat kaha hai plz iska solution batao
@@harshitjourele मैं हैरान हूं कि ४५०० km चलने के बाद आपके mechanic cvt kyun खोला? और ग्रीस क्यों भर दिया। वारिएटर का रोलर weights centrifugal force से काम करते है। यह rollers speed badne साथ आहिस्ता आहिस्ता बाहर की तरफ रोल होने लगते है और पीछे वाली पल्ली को crank extension rod ke Bahar ki तरफ़ drive करते है, तो बेल्ट squeeze hoke pulley ke outer perimeter ki तरफ़ स्लिप होते है and the back wheel starts rolling. If you put grease in the CVT (where the rollers are moving) rollers चिपकने लगते है और रोल हो नहीं पाते। Causing high vibration in handle and eventually the whole vehicle, it will spoil your rollers as well as the belt will slip गाड़ी लोड नहीं लेगी, चड़ाई पे चड़ने को struggle करेगी। आप जल्द से जल्द एक अच्छे mechanic के पास जाएं और cvt हाउसिंग पूरा पेट्रोल से साफ़ कराए।
