Fun trick for the book cover if you don't want to download them all - right click and choose copy image address and then in the spot where you put the book, click embed link and paste the link!
How do you add a new year and when you do, do you have to make sure there is a formula in reading status? I’m having trouble making sure when I add a book to my library they they show up in the yearly archive. It’s making me manually add the book
hii, so i can see the names of my fav books in the yearly archive but in like the library, the filter is not working? its showing all of my books 🤷♀ do you know how to fix it? please let me know 🥺
Yes I did! You can just add a property when you open a new book page. The author last name I added so I could sort the books by author last name and I put a check box for series!
Hi! you’re going to go the “Yearly Archive” and add a new year, make it 2024 (the original creator has the canva links on her website that i linked in the description box) and back on your bookshelf page where it displays it you’ll change the rule from “contains 2023” to “contains 2024” so it displays that one. hope this helps x
In the template provided you can use “next to read” as tbr, and use her checklist for your monthly tbr! alternatively, you can always add “tbr” as a property in the status area of an entry, and add a database view with that filtered.

Hi, I love your video! I am just curious on how you set up your Author and Series page. Like how the Authors had dropdowns.
Hi!! You can add any property you like! Add a new book and when it opens up the window to put the info, just add a property!
Unless you’re talking about the views in the library? I just added a new view and customized the view how I liked. (Sort by author A-Z, gallery view)
i think what you're looking for is a group, edit veiw > group

Hello! The "Year" section on the dashboard (on the left) where you can see the year and stuff- how can you change that from 2023 to 2024?

I am not able to find the TBR in the template that is provided?
Hi! I mentioned in the video that I made some personal alterations to it, but the base template by the original creator is provided :)
In the template provided you can use “next to read” as tbr, and use her checklist for your monthly tbr! alternatively, you can always add “tbr” as a property in the status area of an entry, and add a database view with that filtered.

Hi! Add a book, and then when you open the details to add, you can add a property and make it a check list!
