Eggbeaters are fun, energetic, an easy fit for fast tempos, and naturally fancy. The powerful twisting motion is perfect for strengthening proprioception and stamina. Eggbeaters can be blended with so many other vernacular jazz moves to add complexity and dynamic range. In this video, we cover the basic concept of eggbeaters, some fun ideas of how to improvise within eggbeaters, and some classic variations. I hope you enjoy it!
