this is impossible. dream is 21 years old and deku is 16. dream is a grown man how could this be deku? plus mha take place in japan and dream is in America these AU's are getting stranger and weirder to the point were they don't make any sense anymore (NO HATE!)
Dream is 21. In 5 years he became dream. He moved to America at 16-17 or so and became an American streamer or he travelled dimensions. Either way, there is time. He became Dream after. Dream is the older version of Deku.
