Same thing with kickboxing my grandma would actually be terrified when she would sometimes see me come after practice with a bruised body and one i actually ended up in a cast and she was so mad that some one did this to me and she would constantly tell me dad to force me to quit and do something else. And it was not just my grandma all my aunts were also forcing me to quit but i wouldn’t care about that because kick boxing was more than a passion it was sport and hobby that i loved and i keep pushing myself to this day and this started when i was 10 right now I’m 16

Me too! I've gone to university w/ students who were handed EVERYTHING! Umm, their grades were barely passing because they were majoring in partying & running around. The one I learned about later found it tough to find jobs. Very bad life plan. They did more work on their Mrs. than their MSN. Several that I know about are now divorced while I'm comfortably retired.

Yeah, a grandparent’s job is to spoil the grandkid with lots of love and attention. If my mom or dad ever tries this in the future, I will never let them see their grandchildren until they learn that I’m the parent and I have rights over how my future child is brought up, no questions asked.
