Very happy to say I have used your previous method of a cad pot with just 30 x 2 mils in it and sit over it until I got a bite then after the fish finally turned up I just put a further 10 or so 2mils in with a soft pellet on the hook, had a great day thanks to your method, will try this one next time out. you said jamie elastic was a 8-10 ,but am sure it was a 10-12 , as 8-10 slik is green and the 10-12 slik is red ,which is the colour you were using ,just thought to clarify what the exact rating you were using
Jamie, why do you feed your initial swim with the cupping kit instead of a toss pot? Surely the small amount you are feeding will fit in a small pole pot on your top kit?
